Waterfront holiday rentals in Varna Municipality

The appartment is just perfect! Probably the best Airbnb appartment we have ever stayed in. Spotless clean and highly comfortable with nice balcony and well equipped kitchen. We had everything we could wish except for the dishwasher tablets that were hard to find in the Golden Sands supermarkets (in the end we bought them in Varna). The location is great- a pool and a beach is just two minutes walking distance away. (The pool takes a fee for using sunbeds and umbrellas. We paid 15 BGN for two sunbeds and an umbrella). Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά μικρό για μια οικογένεια σαν εμάς με 4 άτομα και ένα μικρόσωμο σκυλάκι αλλά αν ο σκοπός σας είναι να είστε την περισσότερη μέρα στην θάλασσα (2 λεπτά απόσταση από το σπίτι) ή βόλτα είναι το τέλειο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν παραπάνω από τέλειος ότι τον ρωτήσαμε μας βοήθησε και μας εξυπηρέτησε. Το μόνο που πρέπει να προσέχετε είναι ότι υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το παρκάρισμα γενικότερα στην περιοχή είναι κυρίως με πληρωμή και δεν είναι πολύ εύκολο να βρεθεί θέση. Σε ότι έχει να κάνει με τον Asparuh και το σπίτι του πάντως ήταν όλα μια χαρά.

Incredible view from living room and balcony. Very comfortable couch, as a couch, not as a bed, it was too hard when extended. Only 1 toilet roll which was disappointing, no kitchen roll, no coffee and we had to put on the bed linen and duvet covers ourselves, also had to set up the cot ourselves. All of this was annoying when arriving late at night and being tired from the long travels. Netflix worked great and it was nice to have a washing machine. Lift worked well and like others have mentioned the pool was green and out of commission since we were there out of season I suspect. Overall ok mostly due to great view. One good restaurant on the beach. Otherwise everything interesting was over the bridge which is 15 leva with taxi or 2 leva per person on the bus number 17.

Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Tochter gebucht, sie war damit sehr zufrieden! Alles war ok. Und vielleicht komme ich und mein Mann nächstes mal auch selber! Danke Alena!!

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und es hat alles toll mit dem check in geklappt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind zwei schöne Strände in der Nähe und man konnte etwas abschalten. Zu Empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall sich ein Mietauto zu nehmen da es etwas abgelegen liegt.

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Super séjour ! Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et accueillant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il est idéalement situé : à deux pas de la mer, de Lidl, et tout est accessible à pied. Petit bémol : la piscine extérieure n’est ouverte que de juin à septembre. Heureusement, la piscine intérieure de l’hôtel est accessible de 8h à 17h, tout comme la salle de fitness. Le spot est top : juste sur la plage, à côté du bateau pirate, avec une source naturelle d’eau chaude à 45°C, gratuite. Très calme en avril, parfait pour se détendre.

Beutifuel house with stunning panorama of the sea and mountain, Falk was verry helpfull host, will definetly reccomend this place.

My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided – including a well-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. The location is excellent – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. There was also convenient parking, which made everything even easier. The host was very responsive and kind – quick to reply and gave us a warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.
