There are 3 new chalets of luxury bungalows with a terrace and access to a pool and garden and a private entrance. The guesthouse is in a secluded location in a quiet, quiet, laid-back urban core, with plenty of good recreational attributes like fresh air, quiet, nature. It also has a large outdoor sunny pool with a Jacuzzi. Sauna with shower, fitness, barbecue, parking in the yard. On the roof there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the entire villa area. 3 min walk from a large dental clinic and restaurant.

Our apartment is in one of thebest summer places in Bulgaria, La Mer, right on the shore of the Black Sea. La Mer is located on a hill on a beach near Golden Sands and Kabakum. The location of the complex makes it a park thanks to the greenery that surrounds it. Along with beautiful nature and a beautiful beach, La Mer came with an infinity pool. It offers direct views of the beach that leaves a sense of harmony and freedom.

The stay was completely pleasant. Easy check-in and check-out. We only had one key for 4 people, but at the end we learned that we could have gotten a second one. Nearby is a beach that no longer resembles the photos, a complete ruin. There is not really anything nearby, but you can drive to the Golden Sands in 10 minutes by taxi and to Varna in 20 minutes. Pool was clean. In the shower, there were slight traces of mold on the floor, we had no hot water 2x and no water 1x for a few hours. Nevertheless, I can recommend the stay.

We rested for a week in July 2024. Very convenient to come up with a key pick up. The description matches. 2 air conditioners Washing machine. 10 min to the free beach. Be cool.

Well located, equipped, secure and comfortable apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars with nice pool and gardens. Host was easy to communicate with, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again, when we return to the area.

Apartement "La Mer Residence", Golden Sands,Varna

Svetlana's apartment is a great place to relax.In the apartment you have everything you need ,kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony was exceptional.Svetlana was very helpful and respond us to all question we had in the appropriate time.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would return again there,thank you Svetlana!
