Waterfront holiday rentals in Varna beach

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor, great location close to city center, street (paid) parking nearby (or 15 minute walk to a free (green) parking zone), highly recommended, thank you!

Incredible view from living room and balcony. Very comfortable couch, as a couch, not as a bed, it was too hard when extended. Only 1 toilet roll which was disappointing, no kitchen roll, no coffee and we had to put on the bed linen and duvet covers ourselves, also had to set up the cot ourselves. All of this was annoying when arriving late at night and being tired from the long travels. Netflix worked great and it was nice to have a washing machine. Lift worked well and like others have mentioned the pool was green and out of commission since we were there out of season I suspect. Overall ok mostly due to great view. One good restaurant on the beach. Otherwise everything interesting was over the bridge which is 15 leva with taxi or 2 leva per person on the bus number 17.

Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Tochter gebucht, sie war damit sehr zufrieden! Alles war ok. Und vielleicht komme ich und mein Mann nächstes mal auch selber! Danke Alena!!

Great place! Very cozy!

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!

L'appartement est magnifique, propre, décoré avec goût, comme sur les photos. Sa vue sur la mer est top. L'hôte est très gentille, donnant de bons conseils, et répond rapidement si besoin. Vraiment cet appartement peut être loué les yeux fermés ! Je le recommande à 200%.

Отдыхали в Варне, Аспарухово. Квартира очень уютная. Пляж буквально в двух минутах ходьбы,что очень радавало. Пляж в Аспарухово очень чистый, море тоже, для нас это было немаловажно,так как мы отдыхали с ребенком.Нам всё очень понравилось. Алина была всё время на связи. При встрече произвела приятное впечатление позитивного и дружелюбного человека. Спасибо огромное ей за гостеприимство. Квартиру рекомендую.

We had a wonderful and lazy time here.We are an elderly couple, aged 60. We came for nature, silence and privecy and this is exactly what we have found. Everything is as discribed, maybe even better looking as you get here. As we knew before what to expect (carefully reading the description ), we took everything we needed with us : very few things to wear (there are no wardrobes ; maybe no one in the house ever felt this need ) and food for the whole stay. There are two shops with basic food products (some vegetables, groceries, beer, icecream,…) and small hotels with restaurants, but we felt good just being alone. The view from the garden is wonderful, the pool is very refreshing on hot summer days. Very quiet neighbors and nice and helpful hosts. We felt like visiting some friends who lended us their home for one week, everything we needed was left for us to feel good. As allways, we tried to leave everything as we found it. Since there are enough beds in 3 rooms of the house, each room having its own bath, I assume that the place is also suitable for larger families or/and friends. Parking the car was a bit challanging. You can choose to leave your car on the street in front the gate or you can drive in reverse on a narrow path (2,4 m) and 40 m long , on one side of the house. Appartement très bien placé , à côté des thermes romains et de la plage. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants ). Lit de la chambre est très grand. Le canapé lit convient à 1 adulte ou 2 enfants mais pas à 2 adultes. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a plein de commerces dans la rue (dont une super boulangerie). Excellente communication avec notre hôte. Plamena nous a proposé un parking privé chez une dame (qui parle Français) à 300 m de l’appartement, c’était très pratique et cela nous a permis de laisser la voiture sereinement. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Nous le recommandons.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

Bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna włascicielka. Apartament przestronny. Bardzo ładnie i stylowo urządzony. Doskonała lokalizacja. Dodatkowa zaleta to miejsce w garażu. Polecam.

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.

Чудесно място за престой. Много тихо, уютно и уединено, а терасата е огромна с прекрасна гледка, което създава усещане и за простор. Оборудвано е с всичко нужно за нормално ежедневие. Локацията е супер, наоколо има всичко необходимо, а при нужда е на няколко минути от две спирки, чрез които може да се стигне до всяка точка на града. Моят престой беше извън летния сезон и бях приятно изненадана че температурата беше супер и не е студено. Паркирането наоколо е сравнително лесно, а ако сте с по малка кола може да се паркира и в двора, но за мен това беше трудно тъй като изисква маневри, а не съм добър шофьор. Тео е много гостоприемен, обеснява подробно всичко, проактивен е и се интересува постоянно дали всичко е наред и реагира своевременно на всяка молба. Препоръчвам.
