Holiday rentals with a patio in Varna beach

Thep place was nice and the host is very helpful. Few improvements should be made on cleaning facilities and kitchen utensils. Other than this - everything was fine. The location is awesome!

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

Yavor was great and made our stay really easy! The apartment is lovely and the sea view is beautiful, the apartment is right on the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was amazing, very clean and the host was very helpful. On the first day my car was towed and they immediately helped me get it back. Unfortunately we had an emergency at home snd had to leave earlier but for sure I will come back to this place. I loved everything about it, very close to the centre. I recommend it with all my soul!

I had a perfect time at Bo's. she was extremely kind, flexible and gave many tips and great suggestions. the whole location is very warm and homey! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for New Year's Eve! Our group of seven friends spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning garden and breathtaking views—it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also loved using the barbecue, which made our evenings even more special. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, we highly recommend this home. We’d love to come back again—especially in the summer—to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the center. The apartment is in a very convenient location. I rented the apartment for my friends and they liked everything. The apartment is very quiet and a very suitable place to stay with a baby. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very responsive.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

nice apartment, everything matches the description. Very quiet location at the same time the beach is a 10-15 minute walk ,due to the fact that there are no many hotels nearby, the beach is quite empty. There is a store near the house there is everything you need and there is a market within a 15-20 minute walk and there is also a public transport station.

The apartment is amazing! The place was perfectly clean when we got there, it has all you may need, and the terrace view is lovely! The location is more than great! The communication with the host is also a real pleasure! Thank you for having us, we'd love to come again someday!

Beautiful apartment!

The place is quiet and peaceful! My stay was very enjoyable. Themostimportant thing for me was the ability to find a parking space, and while an evening time is moredifficult, I have found a parking space for no more than 2-3 minutes of time.

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

Our stay in Detelina’s place was excellent! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
