Enjoy the sunset at the jetty or take a ride with the rowing boat, 2 kayaks or 1 SUP. You can use the Jacuzzi whenever you want. You have your own bathroom with its own entrance in the large house 25 meters from the lake cottage. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Kettle and tea/espresso machine available in room. A really good breakfast is included

Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. It is best to travel by private car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home." Washing machine.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.
