Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

This stylish villa is suitable for a couple or small family. The lake is the eighth cleanest in Finland, and you can see the lake from every window of the villa. Two separate bedrooms and two toilets. The sun shines on the terrace all day and in the evening you enjoy the sunset. Indoor sauna in winter and summer use lakeside sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, espresso maker, etc. The home has geothermal heating and underfloor heating. Also the fireplace stove is in the building. The ski slope in the winter goes next to the house.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic tableware, TV, radio, smoke detectors.

Welcome to Häpsäntupa on the shore of Lake Saimaa! Our spacious and cozy beach villa provides a great setting for a stay with a family, a couple, and a larger group. Enjoy breakfast on the deck with a beautiful lake view. The nearby forests provide a good setting for berry picking, mushroom picking, and hiking. You can take a dip in both summer and winter from the cottage's own beach. We also provide a rowing boat, life jackets, and a paddleboard, please request separately. Saarisenranta is a nice vacation destination, so you have access to almost a private lake and surrounded by its own organic forests, which you can easily access by duckwood. You'll find a sauna room, a wooden sauna, a rowing boat, a gas grill, and a modern dry toilet. You'll also have access to two sup boards where you can paddle along the tranquil Saarinen lakes. If you want to enjoy a summer night sleeping outside, there is a Tentsile treehouse for three people in the yard of the cottage.
