The cottage has a kitchen-living room, a fireplace with baking oven, a balcony, 2 porches and 2 balconies, 3-4 persons sauna with wood and electric heating, shower, toilet, TV and air heat pump. In addition to the cottage, there is an old cottage and a stone barn in the large lawn.

There has never been blue-green algae in the lake. Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited.
