Would like to give a huge shoutout to Hari for this property. ..It was a pleasant stay for us and was more of a homely feel with good ambience and good surrounding. Hari was a great host and was very responsive with all the quires and kept us in loop from check-in to check-out. well maintained property with almost all amenities provided for us in the entire stay. As name given, the property is surrounded by a lake frontage and outdoor was well equipped with relaxing spots and BBQ point. We were a group of friends meeting after 10 years and wanted a private space with relaxing facilities so that we can share our happiness together. Lake homes was a pure gem for us since we were able to spend most of our time together without any disturbance and during late night we had a good ambience surrounded by good lightings and all we did was sitting the small huts and discussing our lives. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and would recommend to any group who prefer to spend time privately.

My husband and I—both musicians—came to Kaayal in Varkala for a secluded retreat to make music, and what we experienced went far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Nobby, the gracious host, who made sure we felt at home and fully taken care of. The property itself is an absolute gem—nestled by the lake, surrounded by nature, and so serene that we woke up each morning to the sounds of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves. The view of the lake alone is enough to calm your soul and inspire creativity. Special shoutout to Vicky and Kichu, the incredible caretakers who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and joyful. Whether it was delicious home-cooked meals, piping hot tea within minutes of asking, or just being on standby for anything we needed—they made sure we could focus on what we came to do. The house was spotless, and the bathroom looked like something straight out of an architecture magazine. Highly recommend this Air BnB!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Trivandrum last week! The house was immaculate, with modern and comfortable furniture that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a microwave oven, fridge, and gas stove. The linens were fresh, clean, and looked brand new, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. We appreciated the availability of a water purifier, ensuring we always had safe drinking water. The hospitality of our host was incomparable; he was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!

Very well maintained property surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens included and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Naveen is a great host and constantly checking up on us on the whereabouts and the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Ranjith’s place! He was extremely helpful in coordinating our visit and guiding us to the best local spots to explore. I must especially highlight the house itself — we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The space is thoughtfully designed to offer a sense of calm and peace after a long day out. It was absolutely spotless and squeaky clean, with every amenity we could possibly need, including a washing machine and an iron box. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making our stay so comfortable.

We felt right at home at Mr. Benny's place. Mr. Ansaf and Mr. Taariq was really helpful throughout our stay. The villa is thoutfully decorated and nicely maintained. The surroundings are breathtaking, seating in the garden at night watching the waves crash on the shore will definitely be worthwhile experience for anyone staying here. The breakfast with local food items was nice and you can order food through Zomato and Swiggy from multiple restaurants and Cafes in Varkala. Mr. Benny was really helpful and arranged for a cab for our travel. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay in Privasea Villa and highly recommend it to everyone.

The property is very huge and good for a nice stay with your Family. Although the place is a bit inside but it's not a problem if you have your own personal vehicle. The caretaker was super nice with explaining everything about the place and the house. The rooms are really spacious and well maintained. Overall it was a great find and would love you visit again.

Our stay at this private villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The villa property provided ample space for our family of four, allowing us to relax and unwind in privacy. The attention to detail in the villa's design and furnishings was evident, with every amenity thoughtfully curated to ensure a premium experience. From the spacious bedrooms to the inviting living areas, every corner exuded comfort and elegance. This place truly felt like our own private oasis. There is an Island adjacent which is owned by the same "Regant Lake Village" which has other amenities like swimming pool, park etc. This Island can be accessed at anytime via a boat. Whether we were dining, swimming, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings, it provided the perfect complement to our stay. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle & bustle; can't wait to return.

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

We stayed for 2 days and it was a special week for us as it was my son's first birthday. Nithin and his team exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable one. We really loved staying there. Do book Nithin's place if you are travelling to Kovalam.

The feel at stay actually was much better than what we expected. Maintenance of the property was excellent and thanks to uncle for briefing us and guiding us for local visits. If uou are planning to go on vacation for 8-10 members this is something which is highly recommended. In the evening the villa lights and feel looks amazing.. one of the best stays on our south India trip of 10 days...

Had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove Resort with my friends.The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Staffs Sonia , Greeshma, Reji and Shibu were extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or get togethers.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the amazing team, making my stay truly memorable. Host William has created a wonderful space with stunning views of the beach and a beautiful pool that adds to the relaxing ambiance. Shaji Alfred was incredibly attentive and ensured everything was perfect throughout my stay. Supervisor Greeshma’s professionalism and friendliness added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Chef Reji delighted me with delicious, perfectly prepared meals – truly a highlight of my stay. Lokendra, who assisted with my luggage, was so courteous and helpful, making sure everything was handled smoothly. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the breathtaking beach view and spending time by the pool were absolute highlights.Stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone

We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
