Holiday rentals with beach access in Varkala

2nd stay in Rosie's great house and always the same pleasure of staying there!

What an amazing airbnb, close to the beach, restaurants and town. The apartment is spacious clean and neat. it was perfect for my stay. I will definitely come back.

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

The location of the apartment is great with views of the sea. The beach is almost outside of the door. It is wonderful to be able to sit on the balcony and look out over the sea. Raghav was an amazing host, was always easily accessible and responded quickly. Nithin was also very friendly and supportive. Only the cleanliness needs to be optimized and the house needs a few repairs. But Raghav and Nithin already take care of it. We enjoyed our stay despite the small restrictions.

Could not have asked for a better place to live in Varkala! Even wanted to extend our trip for what the residency offered. All in all, a 10/10 on hospitality! They arranged scooters on rental, gave local recommendations, and arranged everything we asked for!! The bathrooms were squeaky clean too! Highly recommended!

The place is really calm and relaxing. The property is by the lake and it is well kept and maintained. Akhil is a super-host, he is responsive and super friendly regarding the business. Will definitely suggest to travellers looking for a relaxing weekend by the lake and seas of kovalam.

As a host, Sooraj is proactive and helpful. He recommended activities and offered to drop us. The house is as mentioned on the site. Bathroom was clean.

The place looks exactly as shown in the pictures. We planned a bridal shower for our friend and the house complemented well with the BOHO vibe we were aiming for. Shani was a good responsive host, he provided clear instructions and easy directions to reach the location, he even suggested good party places nearby. The house was really clean and all the props along with the overall atmosphere helped our bridal shower pictures come out exactly as we wanted it to be. Perfect bridal shower fairytale moments ensued! Would definitely suggest the airbnb

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

Had an Excellent Homestay like my home. A peaceful area without any disturbances and temples and restaurants nearby. Rooms with neat furniture and linen. Enjoyed our stay. Hats off to Mr Irfan

A greenish and calm place just inside the city

Vinod is an excellent and caring communicator. His Mom with a sweet smile helped me with anything I wanted. The location was perfect for me, it took me like 3-4 minutes to the clinic I had Panchakarma. The Lighthouse beach is about 5-6 minutes. I love the paciousness of the apartment, the spotless cleanliness. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with warm water. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and a single bed, and A/C that I didn't use, just tried it once, it's functional. But in general, I prefer to open the windows. All windows are covered by mosquito nets, a handy solution. A kitchen with washer is available for your convenience, but I ate out always. All in all, I had an amazing time at Vinod's apartment. Thank you, and I full heartedly recommend it to others.

This place was absolutely magical! It was exactly as described, but experiencing it in person was even better. Caretaker Rajan was an absolute gem—so kind, humble, and attentive. And oh, his dosas are out of this world—don’t miss them! We were thrilled to have some adorable furry friends (a sweet Beagle) join us, adding so much joy to our stay. It was my wife’s birthday, and this place made it unforgettable in the best way possible. We left with hearts full of happiness and can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

I had such a great stay at Terry’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. What really made it special was the peaceful location—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I especially loved the view from the apartment; it added such a calming vibe to the whole experience. Terry was a fantastic host—super friendly and always quick to respond if I had any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Thiruvananthapuram and would love to come back again!

I had a great experience at Mr. Rahim's apartment. The location was great, it was easily findable. Check in & check out was pretty seamless. The place was super clean and comfortable and had great views of the city. Will recommend it highly if you need to spend a quite night in Trivandrum. Mr. Rahim was also quick to respond to my messages and it was overall a great experience.

Kevin , was very nice. I did not see the checkin time but when I said I might come early he did not make it an issue instead he tried to get the apartment as soon as possible. The gesture the care taker has shown while we were waiting was excellent, they bought us a bottle of water and chips which I experienced only in 5 star hotels, worth whole mentioning his place is kind of the same.
