Beach house holiday rentals in Varigotti

Very nice cottage with loving furnishing details and a magnificent view! Delicious bakery/pâtisserie around the corner, good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Very close to the Imeria-Sanremo bike path. As a family, the passage bedrooms were not a problem. Very nice neighbor who looked after the house and helped us understand the garbage system:). Definitely worth a trip.

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

Exceptional location! We loved this big weekend with the family! The house is atypical, it's very exotic, the decoration is superb. It is super well equipped very convenient with a family! The beach is awesome with its little pebbles! Everything was perfect!

The arrival was independent of the host. We parked the car behind the gate right at the entrance to the apartment, so we didn't have to carry anything far. Since everything is within walking distance, there was no need to drive to the beach or to go shopping. There is a Euro spin shop in close proximity and a Lidl nearby. The beach is really close and it's up to you whether you go to the beach, along which the tracks lead. Children loved this beach, where they had both the sea and trains🙂. There is always a public beach, where there is a shower, with a private beach, where you pay for a sun lounger and a parasol. The sea is beautifully clean. On the other side, you will go to the beach, which is in close proximity to the city center. The advantage is the nearby restaurants and ice cream🙂. The accommodation is on the ground floor, I would say the basement, because the windows of the bathroom and bedroom are at the level of the garden of the apartment above you, which sometimes was disturbing when we put the small children to sleep and the children played by the window or had a mobile phone on. The garden is beautiful and shaded. The only downside is the missing WiFi, but we knew that.

Luxury and comfortable apartment, very well decorated and fully equipped. Comfortable 160 bed, cotton sheets and thick towels. Enjoyable and fresh terrace. Apartment quite dark, but cool in high heat, and we weren't there during the day. Shower very nice, but not accessible for people with limited mobility (low wall to span). Quiet area and very close to the sea, easy buses to the city center, train station, airport. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is excellent because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. It was the perfect place for our vacation. The pizza oven was great but most of all our children liked the large pool. You can walk to the city in 15 minutes. Despite the lack of sidewalks, you did a good job! The beach was also a 15-minute walk away. It was a wonderful holiday!

friendly host, with very good communication. the views are incredible, the space is properly equipped. nothing is lacking. the only hitch is the way to the beach. the descent is good. the Montee is quite different 😅 me who loves fishing whether by harpoon or line, rather playful activity with children... there it was not possible because the whole coast is a reserve... but the host had nothing to do with it. but I think it may be good to know for the next occupants... perfect solarium communal pool with schedules, it's never been a problem. the pool is superb… you can watch the yachts throw ink in the bay... in short everything was beautiful. beware of low cars, to park, it touches 😅 (tesla model S even in high position it was tense) no outside outlet to connect the car. shower in particular 😅 but it does it anyway...

We had a really great time on our beach vacation. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for the kindness in the welcome and in the information to help us settle in the area.

We were received in a very friendly and accommodating manner, Miriam and her brother Maximilian, left nothing missing.. we got tips for excursions and restaurants. The area invites you to nice excursions and people are absolutely friendly. The view is amazing, the pool as well and you felt very comfortable from start to finish. Our dogs were also very welcome, they were allowed to roam freely throughout the premises, as everything is well fenced. We can highly recommend Casa Oleandro without hesitation

Amazing place and amazing host. Patricia helped us with everything and was really nice and welcoming, even though we arrived by train. Fantastic balcony, terrace and pool and especially the view was worth the trip. Would gladly come back any day 🇮🇹😎

We had a great stay! The hillside location offers many advantages: great sea view, tranquility, always a wind on the beautiful terrace and cool bedrooms in the basement. Everything was clean and well maintained, nicely decorated and well equipped (even mosquito nets, mosquito plugs and adapters were provided). The pool provided a great cooling off. Beach, supermarket and the town of Imperia are easily accessible by car. The road to the house is very (!) steep. For the journey, we therefore recommend the small detour via the SP96. Alessandro was a friendly host who was quick and reliable to reach. He helped us directly with a problem in the kitchen and gave us great excursion tips right away. Thank you!

The house is really fantastic surrounded by olive trees and the greenery of the terraces on which it lies,the pool, the terrace and the flowered garden are really well cared for and beautiful, the view of the sea and the view are worthy of a postcard, the services proposed are those described and the privacy and tranquility of the area are noteworthy. We had a really good time at the place and I recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely place away from chaos and lots of privacy with a fabulous view and great amenities. The only precaution to keep in mind is the slightly narrow access road that still allows a car of size in the norm, to travel quite easily. For the rest, fabulous experience, the owners are fantastic and really kind, definitely a stay to repeat in the future. Highly recommended.

We were 2 families with 1 dog, 7 people in total and this place was perfect. Spacious living room, well laid out bedrooms with storage and 2 toilets. The accommodation is very modern, air-conditioned and in an extremely quiet environment. The exterior as well as the inside are very well thought out. The only negative was the fact that the curtains were not opaque and that it was very early light in the bedrooms because the shutters are with blades.

The view and the house are even better than in the photo, we really enjoyed our stay. Please note that the rooms have no doors, this is a disadvantage - but it is made up for by the beautiful rooms

It's a nice place on a busy coast but here really quiet. A bit of a walk to the beach. Back uphill. Parking is a bit difficult by car, but that gets used to. Very helpful host. Also the mother of the host is very helpful. They'll be here to help. Received fresh eggs from their hens daily. They provide quick answers to questions and give good tips about the area, travel to Genoa etc. Beautiful house, spacious and nice terrace. Peace and view of the green surroundings. Cervo is a beautiful place. I would go there again in a minute. Only point of criticism: the coastal region is very busy and cozy, but really a problem to park your car somewhere. So we mainly stayed in the immediate area of the town. Within walking distance. Tip: rent scooter And choose public transport ( to Genoa)

Manuela's accommodation is small but perfectly organized, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom, and you sleep very well despite being in the center thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates from outside noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

Our second stay here was as good as our first, always a pleasure to return. Hope to visit again!

The place was amazing! A stunning sea view from the big terrace where we enjoyed many cosy dinners, a panoramic road surrounded by lush nature, a beautiful little town to spend evenings( Finale Ligure) made our stay unforgettable! A typical under the Italian sun experience! Grazie Sara!

This place is a beautiful gem for this nice area in the Italian Liguria. 1. You walk 15 minutes from the apartment to the local beaches, you can choose to go to the public ones or go to the private ones (Highly recommended) for 20€ for 2 pp including shadow covered areas & chairs (nice ones) . 2. If you have a dog with you, there is a super nice private beach club called bau bau village, it costs 60€ a day but it is by far the most beautiful beach we have been in the Liguria. 3. The apartment has a beautiful Garten where you can have breakfast or dinner outside, aaaand yes, there are a lot of kiwis above you :D the name is accurate. Also the decoration of the place is really boho, especially the garten 10/10 4. Parking wasn't a problem at all, there is a public (free) parking area 100m away (I think 50m) from the apartment. 5. Supermarket literally 2 minutes walk. Close to the house there is a super nice Trattoria with a daily Menu for 13€. Perfect for a outdoor summer dinner.
