Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. En este barrio costero del sureste de la isla se disfruta de bellos amaneceres, de la hospitalidad de su gente, de la tranquilidad de la zona, de aguas limpias y ricas en yodo, de un lugar único para la práctica de deportes náuticos, paseos por la costa, comida local, etc.

It's located in a very quiet area, Near to the the airport of Gran Canaria (basically in the center of the island). Easy access to the motorway, only 20 minutes by car to Maspalomas and 20 minutes to Las Palmas, the island's capital. Perfect for families with children and couples. We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and clean apartment in Gran Canaria. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including various cooking utensils, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. The landlord was incredibly friendly, always reachable, and quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment is also in a convenient location, which made getting around really easy. We really enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment offers a great price-performance ratio, making it an excellent choice for a holiday. Just as a note for future guests (not a problem for us): the double bed has only one blanket, and the shower is a bit on the smaller side. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!

We had a great stay and it is close to the airport but also to get to beaches. We had a lot of wind all nights of our stay, so it was a little difficult to sleep. Parking was easy and a big supermarket is 5min waking distance away. The host was very welcoming and gave us some helpful recommendations. We would stay there again.

Beautiful, clean and bright flat surrounded by narrow alleys. The furnishings are simple and new. Both the sea and the mountains are easily accessible by car from there. It is a good place to have a home away from the tourist crowds to get to know life on the island 🙌🏼⛰️
