Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

Perfect location for getting the ferry boats. Close to the train station. Restaurants next door for convenience. Beautiful walking path along the lake to other restaurants and shops.

Favorite town in all of Italy, and favorite place to stay so far out of many trips! Grazie!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem schönen großen Garten in dem Kinder wunderbar spielen können und es sehr schön ist dort zu frühstücken. Restaurants und ein kleiner Spermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Serena war super. Sie hat schnell geantwortet, uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft hat genau der Realität entsprochen und es war sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fulvia’s stay was wonderful. The location could not be beat, right in the historic square. The apartment itself could use some more touches of decoration, but it was very clean and had everything you could need. Other reviews said that you could hear everyone in the square late into the night, but it wasn’t bad at all. People were not out super late and I actually enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the sounds of people outside. The terrace on the roof was probably the best view in Varenna! The stay is a short walk from Varenna train station, and even shorter walks to everywhere else you could want to visit in Varenna’s old town.

Fulvia’s airbnb was perfect for our stay in Varenna! The location was incredible as it is so close to so many great restaurants. Everything was so easy as far as checking in and our stay. Definitely recommend!

Due to the railway maintenance work that disrupted the trains from Lecco to Varenna, we were worried about the difficulties of transportation. Upon reaching out to Daniella, she provided much needed assistance regarding the upcoming transportation plans by the municipal of Varenna. She has been great providing answers to our frequent questions as we finalize our visit to the lake, even helped us making dinner reservations. We enjoyed the small balcony with a partial lake view for breakfast. We also appreciated several essential provided in the kitchen like coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil, etc. The location is unbeatable, quiet and right across the street from the bus stop coming from Lecco, and 200 meters away from the bus stop to Lecco. I was able to go down to the ferry terminal in 5 minute in early morning to buy the daily pass in order to avoid a line later then go back to apartment for breakfast.

We loved our stay in Lake Como. Stacy has thoughtfully appointed her apartment with just enough of everything needed for a comfortable stay. She was an exceptionally helpful host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Stacy!!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. Marcos place was clean, quiet, and peaceful. It is close to a few restaurant and everything is walkable. There are several hikes in the area too. Marco was very responsive and friendly.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Wir waren übers Wochenende in Blevio und somit bei Dana. Das Airbnb war so schön, es war sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und Dana hat uns auch gezeigt wo man öffentlich parken kann. (Begrenzte Parkplätze). Der Whirlpool war auch sehr sauber und man konnte entspannen und die Aussicht genießen. Eine echte Empfehlung!! Danke Dana!

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
