Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

Sophie is definitely a wonderful person and her place was extremely immaculate. As my future wife and I were traveling for 9 days Sophie was heaven sent. She is extremely responsive and went up and beyond her means to make us comfortable. The only regret we had was we didn’t spend enough time at her place as we were headed back to Delhi on Monday. I would say the villa reminds me a lot of Ocho Rios. They have 2 swimming pools on the property. I will definitely be back in 2025 mark my words. Sophie also has many books to read. She goes the extra mile for her guests. There is a kitchen available so you can go to the grocery store and back if you don’t want to dine out. If you do be sure to go to Mike’s Place they have the best vibe in Cavelossim Beach. So sad Reggae Haven was not open at the time. Best time to go to Goa is December - January. Lucious beach across the street about 3 minute walk. Be sure to check out all the stalls before buying if you are looking for something special.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Mimi in Seraulim, South Goa. This property is a true gem, combining antique charm with modern comfort. The house is massive, with spacious rooms and a beautifully designed living area, offering plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax and unwind. The antique décor and unique artifacts gave the home so much character, making our stay feel truly special. Everything was immaculately maintained, from the clean rooms to the well-equipped washrooms. The kitchen was perfect for preparing basic meals, and we loved spending time indoors playing games and enjoying the serene ambiance. The location is fantastic—just off the main road—making it easy to access supermarkets, cafes, salons, and more. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host, Mr. Pranav. He was incredibly responsive and attentive, always just a call away to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

My stay at this Airbnb near Varca Beach in South Goa was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the serene and less crowded Varca Beach, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

It was truly a memorable stay! The private pool was perfect for unwinding, while the serene garden added to the peaceful ambiance. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

We had a very nice stay at Arlene's villa, despite the raining season had already started ! The beach is at walkable distance and we enjoyed peaceful walks there. There are also multiple restaurant on the beach with the warmest staff there. Supermarket and shops can be found at 15 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is well equiped so we were able to cook on our own sometimes, maling us feel like home for 5 days. The society is great, with kind and helpful staff and even a swimming pool. Arlene was extremely helpful, quick in response whenever we had a question or needed recommendation. Lot of things to do by cab. Definitely recommend!

Richie was a great host and the beach villa was private, calm and serene. Must visit for a pleasant stay and an enjoyable one.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

the villa we found more than beautiful than we had seen in pictures, Jenis had kept very well prepared for us, kitchen, hall, bedrooms, bathroom everything. so good nature of her, we had very good experience, I'll suggest everyone to stay here. one most imp thing is there her communication throughout our before and after journey. very good nature of her. we found, the villa has so beautiful colour combination and furniture also. thank you very much for everything. kitchen was also found with all our requirements.

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!
