It's a large, independent apartment. With a bedroom with two beds, (one large and one smaller), air conditioning, safe, clothes hangers and TV. A bathroom with hot and cold water; a kitchen equipped with everything for food preparation (a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, gas stove, refrigerator), a small folding table and three stools for eating, and use of the washing machine. A common terrace surrounded by plants with armchairs, table and chairs and a beautiful garden.

This house from the 50s still retains its charm of the time, it is a family home. Simple and elementary. It has all the basics, air conditioning in the rooms, hot water, equipped kitchen, patios and parking for several cars. Ranchón with grill and the freshness of the beach a few meters away. Read the rules. We are not on the same beach, but very close only half a block. 6 rooms and 3 1\2 bathrooms. Cleaning service every other day for stays of more than three nights.
