In the nearby area, there is Segerstad nature reserve at Vänerns beautiful archipelago. Nice forest roads invite hiking and cycling. For the paddle interested, the archipelago is available less than 100 meters from the house. Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. Possibility to fish in Vänern without a fishing license. Electric car charging.

Idyllic location with cottage next to the lake with pier, sandy beach & forest around. The forest has large areas with blueberries. Private road in. We have a boat with oars you can use. (Life jacket for children 2 10-20 kg, 1 20-30 kg available and one for dog about 40 kg) We can leave a fishing license, if you want to fish. Please let us know if this is desired before arrival. The cottage is located 25 min to the center of Jönköping. In Jönköping there are many restaurants, sights and shopping centers (asecs).

The Långbyn Forest Cottage is a fresh breakaway from the comforts and chaos of the city. The small, charming cottage is at the entrance of our large and old forest. It is basic living with no running water and a outhouse for ablutions. There is fresh drinking water and rain water tanks. You have access to our private jetty at the lake which is just a short walk or quick bicycle ride away. You have the forest all around you to explore. This is classic Swedish summer cottage living at its best.

You can take a refreshing bath in the morning, go hiking in magic woods or take the rowing boat an go fishing. The cabins are an old stugas from the last century, cosy and bohemian. Notice: Shower/toilet and main bathroom ist in an other building close by (20 meters) and the only shared unit. The sleeping cabin only provides a small bathroom. -children beds

You can borrow bikes to visit the fjord to fish mackerel or have a bath. Hallinden is also a walk away for a day's climb. In the cabin, there is a fireplace for cozy evenings and you can rent a hot tub outside the cabin for a hot bath. Bathroom with toilet and shower located in another building next to the cottage. Nice view of the fields where you can see, for example, wolves, wild boar, deer, elks and red deer. There is also a large and well-kept bird tower just a few hundred meters from the house where you have great views over the wetlands below where especially in the spring it lands many different species of birds land

Holiday home with beach plot & lazyspa (May-Oct) There are exercise tracks both for running and skiing in Eksjö, for example an artificial snow trail. It is 10 meters to its own jetty. Wake up with lake view. Good fiber. Newly built bathroom including washing machine. Very well equipped newly renovated kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome. Air heat pump and A/C. Load electric car ( with cost ). In Sweden you can drink tap water.
