Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

A lovely beach house with a wonderful view.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake that you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach which is the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. In the summertime there are 4 restaurants close by.(2 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful surrounding area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Code to the key box will be sent to you the day before arrival.

En harmonisk atmosfär ska råda här varför partyfolk, skällande hundar och livliga barn vänligen men bestämt undanbedes. Restauranger och barer hittas via en barfotapromenad längre bort på beachen. Stor gräsmatta med gott om plats för lek, grillning och umgänge. Njut av lugnet och hyr vår vedeldade badtunna
