The home was beautiful with plenty of space for our group! The oven wasn’t working when we checked in, but the host was very responsive and sent maintenance to check on it right away. I would definitely stay here again!

I have never stayed in a better curated airbnb - Darcy was incredible! We came for bonnaroo which was canceled, so we ended up having the best time at the airbnb. The surroundings are so peaceful, the robes are amazing, the attention to detail was incredible, and the shower was amazing!! If I ever do bonnaroo again I’m staying here 10000% best airbnb host I’ve ever had

WOW! The pictures of this place do not do it justice. Brads place was truly amazing all around. Location, views, atmosphere. I’ve never stayed in an air bnb and felt more comfortable. Brad and friends were amazing, truly the best hospitality. Easy to reach and so happy to help. We loved it here, and already have plans to come back. Dudlee is the best house guest, he hung out with us for hours and we just loved him. Such a good boy.

My wife and I stayed for an anniversary get away. The house and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed a peaceful evening on the deck. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. This little cabin was a peaceful home base for my wife and I’s hiking trip. It was always a treat to look forward to when coming home in the evenings, we’d cook, sit on the porch with some music and enjoy the hot tub after our hikes. Great place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe respite from whatever busy-ness is in your life. Thanks to the Owners for being great hosts, it was exactly what we needed 👍

Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.

My husband and I loved the cabin. the photos didn't do the place justice. It was a great getaway for us. Beautiful, peaceful and they know how to take care of there guest. So many amenities in the home to be comfortable for a while. definitely deserve a do over. thank you again for hosting us❤❤❤

Their great communication, clear directions throughout the house, and above and beyond thought that goes into this place stands out among other air bnb's. This cabin was exactly what we needed! It was quiet, secluded without being too far from a store, cute, clean, and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and accommodating, and check in/out was very easy. We are very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Oh gosh - where do I start?! I never wanted to leave. Carol is so kind and accommodating is so freaking sweet. I actually fell in love with her more than the place! The property is absolutely amazing and gorgeous and my dog, Red and I just loved it.😍 Inside is so clean, so cleanly, it’s cozy. It’s everything that you want in an Airbnb. This was definitely a home away from home and I will be back again!!!!

My wife and I took our daughters , their boyfriends, and our dogs for a long weekend / short family vacation. We had so much fun. Communication from our host was excellent. The location was so pretty and totally private. The scenery was beautiful and the house was really cute and fun. It was probably the best stocked air Bnb we have been to as well. If you want a fun family getaway or a romantic weekend etc we highly recommend the Owl's Nest. We will be back. 👍

Good communication and perfect locations for a bachelor party. Just good, clean fun, fishing, kayaking and having a space to cook and hang.

Head and shoulders above the rest! Much better than the typical Airbnb with five star ratings. This is a true five star rural destination stay, not a stopover getting a courtesy five-star rating. No comparison with the typical highly rated Airbnb - this place is special. The cabins are well made with rustic feel - not old & worn with glossed over touches. Dan & Joann have done wonders with funky & country decor touches inside & out. And the farm is spectacular - mowed shorter grass walking paths, nearby stream, much wildlife. I had a fabulous time with picking & singing tunes each evening with Dan & friends! And I'm no pro, but the whole experience was comfortable, warm & inviting. I have new friends in Dan & Joann - maybe even new family! I'll be back!

Great place for a relaxing few days. The place is well decorated with atmosphere but absolutely liveable (e.g. night stand for your glasses, night lights). View over the bluff from the back porch is great, with tons of lightning bugs flashing as it gets dark. The loft is open so may be a consideration for groups with different sleep times or young kids.

This cottage was very comfortable and nice. The beds were comfy and the shower was fine. Plenty of nice towels too. TV worked great. Host was very friendly to communicate with. GREAT location to Rock Island State park and so easy to get to. Plenty of parking out front also.

Wonderful cabin in the woods, you get the feeling of being secluded with the serene surroundings and nature. Lots of wildlife to see, and the porch sitting was the best!

The property was absolutely stunning—truly even more beautiful in person. The waterfall was just a short walk away and exceeded all expectations; it was even more breathtaking than the photos. The house itself was also much more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely love to stay here again!

Spent a few days Rock Island State Park and this was the perfect spot to stay! Our girls loved the bunk beds and the view was spectacular! A wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed our Stay at Micheal's cabin, the cabin was perfect for a quiet and calm getaway that we needed. We visited Twin Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Road horses on the way to Fall Creek Falls, and went to the Amish Market that offered amazing bread!!

This is such a beautiful home. Away from everything and so peaceful. The creek that runs through the yard was so pretty. The house was stunning. I love older homes and I loved that it was updated with the old charm still intact. I will say it is away from EVERYTHING. But she did state to make sure I got groceries beforehand. It wasn’t a problem for me. Beautiful area in the country and would definitely stay here again. Donna was a great host and very responsive to any needs I had.
