Perfect location & great communication - would stay again!

This studio apartment was near perfect, and the host (David) was very helpful. The studio was comfortable and well appointed, bed comfortable including dishwasher. location is vvery close to Ferry and Bus Station with a 10 to 15 minute with baggage (300 to 400m) walk... about half is uphill, the Arena is 1 block (100m) away, and old town around fort is easy 10 minute walk with lots of eateries. Only negative points was it is up 2 flights of stairs.... and there are 2 steps to access the bathroom (possible midnight trip hazard for some). otherwise excellent. and access from new ferry terminal is easy.. from wharf is easy proceed straight away from wharf, across railway and road and on to road between the buildings. at lights cross and bear right up very steep short road, next right, next left and up another short steep road and it is on the corner on your right.

Beautiful, clean apartment, you will find everything you need, the host is great, communication with him too, the surroundings are great, the beach is about 10 minutes walk, the closer beach is smaller about 5 minutes. In the vicinity of the bike path, shops...beautiful holiday. Thank you 🥰

We enjoyed it very much! The apartment is spacious and equipped with all facilities. Franko was very friendly and showed us what facilities the apartment had. The fact that there is a shared swimming pool is also very pleasant. Furthermore, there is a lot of construction in the street. You can hear this in the room, but we did not find it disturbing. Finally, the apartment is a 5-minute drive from the center of Pula. It is therefore a quiet place, yet close to the center.

The apartment of Tea is just amazing! It's very modern and tastefully furnished. Everything has it's place. The kitchen has everything what you'd need to prepare a quick meal. Furthermore Tea put quite a lot of fresh food, juices, beer, wine and fruits into the fridge for us, which was very generous and a lovely surprise. The apartment is in the middle of Pula but still was quiet and we could sleep very well. One of the best Airbnb we ever had. 💯 recommendation!

Spacious apartment with a great terrace. Mladen will wait for you at his private parking lot and take you to the apartment. He immediately carried some of the luggage. A short walk to the apartment but a bit of climbing to get upstairs. The suitcase was carried upstairs. Upstairs, you forget the stairs because of the atmosphere on the spacious and quiet terrace. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. Mladen answers the questions immediately and gives tips about restaurants and the area. We were sorry to leave after a week.

This place was the perfect spot and was very clean and new! The air conditioning was a God send with us not being so used to the heat! The part of town it’s in is pretty quiet. There are a plethora of restaurants around and many different bus stops to choose from. The main bus station is a 20 minute walk away from the flat. We were able to take a shuttle from the pula airport to the bus station and back when it was time to leave. The location is great if you want to venture to other areas, like Verudela for some great beaches! Alan promptly let us know when the flat was ready and was quick to respond.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We felt absolutely comfortable in this place! The hosts are very friendly and gave us great tips for things to do in the area. The accommodation is immaculately clean - I have never rented such a clean apartment before! The kitchen was better equipped than my own at home, everything was thought of. Great place in Pula The apartment, which was in mint condition, was even more beautiful than in the The balcony is great and everything what you need. You can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car and the old town in 10 minutes by car. The supermarket is also only 5 minutes away by car. Kristina was a great host and made check-in very easy for us. We would always stay in the apartment and felt very comfortable.

Beautiful stay. The house matches the description and the photos are truthful and accurate, Sandra and her husband welcomed us warmly upon our arrival, immediately showing themselves to be very friendly and helpful, the house was properly cleaned and with all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dishwasher (soaps to be purchased separately), coffee maker, toaster, gas and induction stove, microwave oven and much more. Internally it was all beautiful, the bed pillows slightly low but in the house there were others available to add, the mattresses slightly hard but still comfortable. For the outside, the pool side is very well equipped with deck chairs and gazebo with chairs for aperitifs, a BBQ available complete with everything and a pool always clean with water but slightly cold, a problem perhaps also due to the period not being extremely hot (September 1). Sandra was always very helpful responding almost immediately to every message, everything PERFECT.

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We rate your stay in Manjadvorci very well - a comfortable home with everything you need, even an efficient ice maker. A great place to relax in a group of larger families. It was a bit of a surprise that we had to pay an extra tourist tax of €2.5 per person per day, which was more than €250 which was not mentioned in the listing. On the other hand, we were hosted by the host with a wonderful traditional dinner for the whole group, which was very nice.

Nice apartment, good location

A fantastic view and very nice hosts. We had our little daughter with us and she also felt very comfortable in the small room. You need everything you need is on site. Lidl is nearby, everything else can only be reached by car, but very quickly. We were at the promenade in 10 minutes and visited the nearby beaches. The food is a dream everywhere and in our eyes cheap for the fish and the quality. Pool for adults as well as for children is simply top and has a pleasant temperature. We also had very nice night shifts with us at the same time in two other rooms. Motorcyclists drive by at night, you have to keep that in mind, and dogs bark a lot. Nevertheless, we slept great, because the windows insulate all noises super well. Air conditioning is also there, but we did not need it, it was pleasantly cool at night in early June. During the day, the construction site can be heard, which must also be considered. Thank you for the great time, it was wonderful!
