Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Less than 200m walk to the ferry to Bellagio, Varenna and the medieval walled city of Como. The timeless Villa Balbianello and Villa Balbiano are a short stroll away. This charming, unique home is in one of the most picturesque areas of Switzerland. The accommodation is located directly next to the middle station of the Flumserberg Bahn, with which you can reach the lake in 5 minutes and Flumserberg in 15 minutes.
