L'appartamento di Sandro è veramente delizioso, ben ristrutturato, accogliente, pulito, e con una vista bellissima che spazia dalle colline fino al mare. E' situato nella via principale in un palazzo storico, a due passi dalla meravigliosa cattedrale di Massa Marittima, vicino a bar, ristoranti, negozietti... nonostante sia in pieno centro è molto silenzioso, abbiamo dormito benissimo!!. Sandro è una persona veramente gentile e ospitale, siamo stati benissimo! La comunicazione con lui e suo figlio perfetta! Grazie ancora!

Thomas och hans söner gjorde att vi kände oss som hemma och vi valde att förlänga vår vistelse. Vi fick ett varmt och personligt välkomnande och bjöds på det lilla extra som gjorde hela vår resa, såsom baka pizza i vedugn, sitta runt brasa på kvällen och en massa lokala rekommendationer på utflykter som vi inte hade hittat till utan hjälp av Thomas. Boendet ligger otroligt naturskönt och vackert beläget vilket ger en fridfull vistelse. Barnen älskade att bada i dammen. Vi vill gärna återvända till denna fantastiska plats! Stort tack Thomas med söner! Ni gav oss många fina minnen!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful accommodation surrounded by greenery. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic — well-equipped and perfect for enjoying meals outside. One of my favorite spots was the cool hammock, ideal for an afternoon nap or just reading a book. The village is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need. I would definitely come back!

The apartment was perfect for our stay, we were 4 adults from the UK staying 4 nights. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and Janie is very welcoming. I stayed in the bedroom by the road and the bed was really comfy, we used the shutters and fan and slept so well during our stay. Location is great for exploring the area, 30 minutes to Castiglioni del Pescaia for a beach day, can recommend a lunch in Bagno Nettuno, in Massa itself there is a great selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, everything you need for a short break. I’d also recommend Moris Farms terrazza for a stop off for some delicious wine and sharing boards, the wild boar come out as it cools down and we were lucky to see a couple of babies. Can’t fault the apartment, we’d happily return again another time and recommend it.

Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage mitten in Olivenbäumen und Reben, grosse Terrasse, schöner Pool, was will man mehr. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge ans nahe Meer oder ins Umland mit Städtchen wie Massa Marittima. Simonetta und Oscar Antonio sind sehr herzliche und diskrete Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Bel Casale with sea view and the mediaeval village

Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise war sehr gut, die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und sich selbst auch proaktiv bei uns gemeldet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften sogar 1h früher einchecken. Uns wurde alles in und um das Haus gezeigt. Das Haus und der Garten + Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren wichtig und haben auch gut funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist schön groß und top gepflegt. Auch der große Pool mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick hat uns begeistert. Die Gastgeber, die ca. 50m neben an wohnen, haben sich jeden morgen um den Pool gekümmert und geprüft ob dort alles okay ist. Die Anfahrt war auch relativ einfach. Ca. 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Haus gibt es einen großen Coop Supermarkt, wo wir einkaufen waren. Das Meer ist auch nur 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub als 6 Personen Gruppe voll genossen!
