We were very well received by the host who was always on standby to assist. The accommodations are consistent with the listing and we didn't get any unpleasant surprises.

I highly recommend Seu Francisco's farm. In addition to the space being very large, the farmhouse is inside a gated Condo. It has many rooms, plus a few extra mattresses. A room of sofas for rest and four bathrooms scattered around the house. It has many cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, cookware, trays and others), conventional household appliances. And some spices for guests' use. Seu Francisco is very attentive, was very polite and helpful to all of us. We relaxed the entry and exit of the place with different times than the conventional ones that were in the app. Facilitating a lot so that we could enjoy even more of our stay on the rental days.

The stay is great, I highly recommend it to anyone, we spent a week in the apartment, it has everything you need, a single observation that I make even to the Host is that another bathroom is necessary, because what exists is the bedroom with suite, for us it was not very complicated because we went as a family, but if it is for friends or even two couples, there is no privacy, (Suellen this is just our observation, okay!). But as for the rest, everything is perfect and wonderful, everything is very close to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy. your apartment is a 10000.

And I particularly loved the location, I have lived in Novo Gama forever and I missed a space like this, to gather with friends, have small birthday parties and get-togethers. So, contrary to what another guest commented: that the house is not at the end of the world and has a strange neighborhood, no! For those who are from here, the house is only right there, at the end of Pedregal. Anyway, the space is new, it's great, it has an amazing pool, full kitchen, spacious bathrooms. All really great and well taken care of by hosts who are kind and willing to help.

Very pleasant place, with fruit trees, well airy and spacious, ideal for adults and children. The hostess is attentive and polite. I'll definitely come back more often!
