We had a fantastic stay at the villa. Highlight was the unbelievable views from the pool and terrace. The villa and garden with pool & basketball/football court is completely private, perfect for small groups. There are some great local restaurants and river beaches, and Porto centre is only a short drive away. Be warned - there are lots of steep and narrow roads! João was a brilliant host - greeting us on arrival, and easy to reach throughout. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a great time at Rui’s place. The set up, with two separate houses, was perfect for our two families. The kids absolutely loved all of the outdoor activities between the two houses. Rui was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The Ubers are very cheap and plentiful, so made getting into Porto easy. Just be aware that you can’t walk anywhere from the house, so everything you need is either a car ride or delivery.

The space is simply breathtaking, perfect for resting the mind and recharging the soul. And as if the surrounding nature and the tranquility of the place were not enough, we had charming visitors: adorable kittens that appeared unexpectedly and immediately won our hearts. They were a sweet and caring asset, which gave even more life to our stay. We recommend it with our eyes closed - and with a full heart.

It was as described in the listing. The place felt so peaceful and was easy to get downtown Porto via busses or walk to the oceanfront. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions.

Beautifully designed apartment with a great atmosphere and beautiful views of the river in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk into the middle of town - about ten minutes for us. We enjoyed the pool too! Highly recommended.

Me, my husband and our kitty feel very welcome in the house. Rosa was very polite and friendly. The house is very spacious, ventilated and sunshine. There is a wooded area in the back, great for those who like nature. The weekly cleaning is excellent.

We chose this place, for the price and proximity to the suburban train, to be able to go to the center of Porto without the car. Without the train strike, it would have been perfect, a 25 minute walk and we were there. As for hosts, communication is easy in English, they are kind and offers us things to see according to our needs. Thank you for everything.

Super relaxing stay with an incredible garden to enjoy all its corners. From the pool to the darts and a fully equipped grill. Rosa María is a warm and very attentive woman. A house to recommend if you want to disconnect.
