Kayvon and Maryam were exceptional hosts from start to finish. Maryam warmly greeted us at check-in and gave us a thoughtful tour of the property, making sure we felt comfortable and well-informed. Their communication was excellent—responsive and proactive both before and during our stay. As a touching gesture, they even left us a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt card to celebrate our wedding weekend, which meant so much to us. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. With stunning views and a serene, private atmosphere, it truly felt like our own personal oasis. Its location was incredibly convenient—just a short drive from our wedding venue—and the spacious layout made it the perfect place for both the bridal and groom’s parties to get ready. Every detail of the home was well thought out. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated how comfortable the beds were—like sleeping on clouds. The master suite, including the luxurious bathroom, was a standout.

Those who love nature, quiet, and beautifully decorated and loved family home environment will cherish this country home! Perfect for a gathering of family or dear friends, and for those who have little need for external attractions beyond beautiful countryside, trails to explore, and time to enjoy being together with loved ones. Main floor has a bedroom and bathroom for elders or others who don't do stairs. Main floor rooms and outside are all easily accessible as well. We can't thank the host/hostess enough for sharing their little bit of paradise with us!

The pictures do not do this wonderful property justice. The views simply take your breath away. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. Our family, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews, all stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. We each traveled from across the country and we could not have felt more at home anywhere else. Our only regret was that we couldn't have stayed longer. I would stay again and again if I could and I highly recommend everybody else do the same.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

The Airbnb was private and had everything we needed while traveling. The town was about an 8 minute drive away with local bakeries, diners, and cute antique shops. The scenery was beautiful when driving from the Airbnb to San Diego and even made the drive feel shorter due to the sights.

Rachel was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We were in the area for a wedding so it was exactly what we needed.

They were such amazing hosts! Very helpful and they even got us some syrup for the kids when I forgot at the store. Made us feel right at home and the place was peaceful and beautiful and would def come again! Such sweet couples !

Our stay at Nathan’s was great! We loved the quiet, safe location near Mission Bay. It is 1 block from the extensive bike paths through out the bay and over to Pacific and Mission Beaches. It is a simple studio, but is well equipped with everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The thick towels and nice linens were great! We enjoyed having the private backyard patio to relax with our old dog, and used the parking space as well. The location is close to restaurants in PB and also close to the freeway to get to other sights in San Diego. We extended our stay several times and were able to communicate easily with Nathan, Adam and their management team. We hope to come back again! Thank you Nathan!

It is a perfect place if you're looking to make a quick trip to Oceanside. We only stayed for a night and half a day, but it was perfect for what we needed, a place to sleep and quick access to downtown to attend celebrations with friends. Betsy was super communicative and friendly, no issues whatsoever.

Many thanks to Cody and the Team. We are Solana Beach local and we need a temporary home for about a week. Cody’s place is our No.1 pick based on the location and the value. It’s literally walking distance to the beach, perfect for surfers. Very convenient with a bunch of restaurants nearby. Before we find Cody’s place, we stayed at several hotels in the neighborhood, each and every of them requires 20-40mins on the freeway if commute to our home. Cody’s location is unbeatable. We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s and we can confidently say it’s in the best spot of Solana Beach, whether you come for hiking or surfing or just a peaceful weekend. Highly recommend, and thanks again for all the friendly reminders we received from the team.

We loved our stay! We were provided with amenities we might need such as extra blankets, and iron, pots and pans and disposable cups. The instructions on finding the place were very clear, the space was homey and quiet.

Rented this airbnb for my 70 year old mother in law who was visiting family in the area. She said the airbnb was perfect - clean, easily accessible, everything you’d need and more.

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

communication was great! few blocks from donut shop and an ice cream shop and just a few more blocks down are breweries and other good fun restaurants. the place is very clean, this particular room did not have a view of the outside much however, you're not there for the view. it is a small space think of a dorm room. keep in mind that it is a gated complex however, you have to get out of your car to open the gate and there can be a lot of folks walking down the pathway and lots of e-bikers whizzing by make sure to keep your car door shut when you get out. there's also not an elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or it's heavy you will have to go up a flight of stairs. this is an end unit which is nice because you're right by one of the exits. overall it's a great place to stay if you're just a party of one or two.

This place was definitely worth it, walking distance to the beach and the pool made it a favorite for us. Paul provided lots of fun beach accessories for us to use and the condo was clean and had what you needed. The patio is nice to have breakfast on and though the sliding door was really hard to open/close Paul said they were expecting a new one. It was so nice to have a refreshing outdoor space but just a bummer that due to the landscaping project it was a lil bit loud during the daytime when coming back to recoup but that’s kinda out of anyone’s control. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again in the future.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful.
