Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

We rent an independent apartment in our house. It has a living room (sofa bed), an equipped kitchen (without oven) a bedroom (140*180 bed) and a shower room/toilet. Bed linen provided, as well as the basic necessities for breakfast (coffee, tea, cocoa) The house is quietly located in a village in the heart of the vineyard, and is located just 8 km from the Hellfest site. We are about 25 km from Nantes city center.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with a garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.

Notre maison est des années 1950 elle a été conçue de À à Z par mon papa. Nous vivons au premier et l appartement est en dessous. Nous avons remis tout au goût du jour. L appartement comprend 1 grande chambre..avec lit 1 salon canapé et 1 un lit simple 1 cuisine toute équipée 1 douche 1 wc Vous avez accès par la chaufferie au jardin.. Vous pouvez y déguster vos repas et vous reposer. Tout est au calme.
