The house is perfect for groups, very spacious and with everything you need to spend a few days. It is also close to many beautiful villages and routes. 100% recommended.

Highly recommended. We spent two nights, a group of 8 friends. The house is beautiful, spacious, cozy, tastefully decorated, has all the details. We were very pleased, and looking forward to repeating.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful cottage. The very well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi and swimming pool very well cared for, and the neighbor's dog is very friendly. There are amazing landscapes around the area (we went to a beautiful waterfall). But above all, I would highlight the kindness and good communication with Veronica, she was very flexible and she was attentive to us when we needed it for punctual issues. ☺️ We would definitely repeat in this dream house ❤️ Thank you!!!

Great place and very accommodating

The house is great both for spending the weekend without leaving it and for taking walks in the area. Reinosa and supermarkets are very close by. Salomé could not have been more attentive to us, she helped us with everything and took care of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything.

We're so glad we spent those days there. It was very relaxing, beautiful place. The welcome was really warm. The house is as described and very convenient. We are really happy. Small bonus for roommate with these two wouhs wouhs and these 4 ducks 😍

Great place with rooms and bathrooms for everyone (4 families). Even has an extra dining room and kitchen to enable great shared dinning experiences.

We had a great weekend. It is an ideal house for large groups, very comfortable. The area offers many activities: hiking, visits...and the spa in the house is great to relax after a busy day. Great!

Jon is very pleasant and responsive. He gave us information about the region and the places to visit. The accommodation was great, quiet place.

The house was very well maintained, clean and tidy. The garden is very large and completely enclosed, ideal if you are traveling with a dog. The area is very quiet with good walks, without shops nearby. Entry and out times were very flexible. Johanna was always very attentive to our requests.

The accommodation was in a nice area, with a great view of Santander and the bay, and very quiet. The location is very good to visit Cantabria, we went with a dog and a baby and it was very comfortable to move and visit things. On the other hand, Dany and she is very friendly and pleasant and was always attentive to if we needed anything, being very fluid communication.

It was a great stay, the house with everything you need and super cozy. Very quiet area to enjoy nature, in a spectacular and focused environment to visit any point of Cantabria. Israel was very friendly, she gave us places to go and eat. I tip the towel and blanket for our little dog. Thank you for everything, luxury vacation!

Great stay, the house is wonderful with all the amenities and the perfect exterior... the pool, BBQ, everything in general is great. Olaf was very kind from the first moment, he explained everything great. We went with our dog and were very well received with little gifts for him, a drinking fountain and everything!! The only thing is the noise from the road during the day, then at night there is not so much movement...but the area is super quiet and very close to the entire coast and surrounding villages.

The house is very spacious, modern and with all amenities. There is space left over for 9 people. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. It is in a valley that has a very nice car route. Next door is a farm and they let the kids see how they milked the cows. Emelina was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will repeat if I go back to this area.

A lovely home in the country but just a 10 min walk to the main street. It was so peaceful with the country noises in the background. Parking was in the yard and there were plenty of outdoor seating choices. Esmerelda and her Mum were very attentive at all times making sure we were happy. We visited Santander an easy day trip and stayed overnight to visit Bilbao. Absolutely loved our 10 night stay and highly recommend.

The house was very clean. Everything was very tidy and easy to find. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Andreea is very nice and very attentive. He gave us recommendations to make. And he was very attentive at all times. Very good stay.

Julia was the perfect host. Very helpful. The house is beautiful in every aspect and immaculate. We liked that it is private but within easy walking distance to Selaya. Highly recommend both Julia and her house.

We have taken a family trip and are all delighted with the accommodation. The house is in a very quiet area, ideal for children. Also the host was very friendly and was responding to us immediately. Totally recommended!

We had a great few days as a family. The cabin is very cozy and the warmth of the fireplace took our comfort to the highest level. Jose is an excellent affitrion, we were able to count on him whenever we need him. He is also a great connoisseur of the area, he recommended activities and places to visit in the surroundings. We have just enjoyed a lovely two night stay in David's charming home. It is accessed via an electric gate so feels very secure. The house sits in a lovely garden with fruit trees and good outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing. The views out are lovely. There is house close by next door, but you wouldn't know it, and it feels very private. The large living room is double height and so feels very light, bright and airy. The large sofa is very comfortable for watching TV in the evening, although the TV could be much bigger. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a good sized fridge/freezer. The double bedroom has a nice view out over nature and the shower room functions well. Comillas is veey close and it was easy to park in the centre and easy to access the coast, but lovely to return to this rural home in the evening. Communication with David was good. We would happily stay here again if we return to this area. Thank you David

Very comfortable rural house, with a large garden and barbecue, in a very quiet but not isolated area, safe and great also for going with pets. The host is very friendly and available, we'd be delighted to return in the future

Our stay was excellent. The house is just as described: very clean, comfortable and almost brand new. The spaces are cared for and family-friendly. The kids loved the trampoline, they had a big time. Although it is a little out of the way from Torrelavega, the location is very quiet and the connection with the highway is perfect for moving around the area. It was a good starting point to get to know Cantabria. Yohana was always attentive and very kind. We would definitely repeat. Highly recommend

I already knew the house and the location is spectacular. After 15 years I returned , very well and very renovated the BBQ part. But a super recommended home for rest and beach .
