Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private bathing ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

It is quiet and peaceful, and just a few kilometers to shopping, S-train, beach, nature suitable for good hiking and cycling, golf, swimming pool, art exhibition at the Ark, etc. The house is a private residence containing 7 beds, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private garden with trampoline for the young souls, terrace with dining area and private parking in driveway (space for 4 cars).

This home is a lovely little place. Walking distance to the harbor and beach. Close to station one (25 minutes to Copenhagen) and shopping opportunities. It is a small mini house with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house has a small courtyard. Everything is newly renovated and with new furniture/beds. There are bed linen and towels for guests, soap and coffee/tea, toilet paper and fully equipped kitchen. The perfect place for the small family. We'll take care of the final cleaning. Welcome to🤗

The home is located in central urban areas in Villakvarter and quiet areas with free parking. Transport. 1/2 hour car transport to Copenhagen, Roskilde, Kastrup Airport, Malmö in Sweden. Public transport takes about 30 minutes to Copenhagen. The home is located close to the beach (BrøndbyStrand and Vallensbæk Strand.) The home is walking distance to the supermarket. Light rail starts in October and 9 min. walk to the light rail station.
