Cozy, clean little house with all amenities, including snacks. Also, each bedroom has its own remote control heater/AC unit. The street is terrifying. Other reviews mention "freeway noise", but the noise wasn't really from the freeway; it was from souped up cars tearing through a residential area at 40mph (I don't understand -- they're coming off an overpass with a traffic light, so why and how are they going so fast??), sirens at 10pm on multiple nights, etc. There are homeless encampments across the street, so you also get the occasional person yelling to themselves right outside the house. But the house itself was nice, and definitely very clean!

Alex and his Co-host were extremely friendly kind and welcoming. The communication was good and we felt at home the entire stay! The city on Benicia is beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and secure. We will be staying here again when I get called back for work.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The house is big, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The living room space is so massive and everything was clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. A home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and roomy stay!

This house is beautifully maintained and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. Everything is in tip top shape. Location in Vallejo is very convenient to the San Francisco ferry and lots of other attractions. I was very happy here. Just to mention, it doesn't have central air conditioning, just a unit in the living room. I think that could be an issue in very warm weather. When I was there in June, the outside temp was in the low 70s, and even so, the house was a bit stuffy in the height of the afternoon, but it was downright cool in the evening and early morning.

very quiet with beautiful view. hosts were very responsive. place is very clean with modern appliances in working order , washer and dryer are very efficient and quiet. I have back pain and the bed is very comfortable. it is easy and safe to park on the property.

I can’t wait to stay there again, felt right at home. Joe is very friendly and a great host, probably the best host I have interacted with.

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

This was our third time staying here. It is a clean and comfortable space with attractive furnishings and everything we needed for a two-week stay. We will return again next time we return to CA to visit family.

Nice cozy place and good location.

Erin’s condo was very nice and very clean. It was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pictures were very accurate. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the fact that we were on the upper level and didn’t have anyone above us but we did hear some early morning golfers on the path outside the bedroom. Not really a deal breaker for us. The resort is in very close proximity to many great wineries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this condo as well as stay here again in the future.

One of my favorite locations ive stayed in. Beautiful scenery! Beautiful home, comfortable bed! I'd love to live there! Only complain is the entrance to parking, if you have a low car, the bottom will scrape horrible if you dont hug the wall. and if youre staying downstairs, youll hear upstairs foot steps, but that was only 1 morning. besides those 2 complaints, its a excellent Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Had a great stay in the heart of Napa, a quick walk to amazing options. the space was comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
