Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
