Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

Another great stay at David and Mary's beautiful AIRBNB in Penngrove, CA. It is a great location near great food and shopping. Look forward to our next visit. Thanks again Shari and Adrian

A nice compact space operated by a nice family in a great location!

My nice positive review mimics most of the others. Its as described and exactly what I needed. Clean quiet comfortable very safe etc I needed to be able to sleep in the day which seems to be close to impossible even at a nice hotel. I also wanted to be able to sit in the yard and read and play guitar all alone in a forest setting which I did . The yard is also very tranquil much like being in a forest all alone. I had one brief very pleasant discussion with Tracy and that was it I got to be alone. Thank you.

Easy to get to restaurants and interesting locations in the Bay Area from Geri’s place. The space itself is very tastefully designed and has everything necessary for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.!!!

The place was clean and well stocked. No issues with anything. It has two patios out front that are private and elevated. Cara provided a flexible fence to help with our dog. The place is modern and filled with current furniture and appliances. Very livable from start to finish. Cara was friendly and helpful when we visited her on check in. Parking is available for one car in front but other places are very close. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to stay here again soon.

We had a great stay at this studio in San Rafael! There were two of us, and it was more than enough space— roomy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything had its place, including a walk-in closet where we could keep our bags, which helped the space feel open and organized. There was even a desk area in case you need to get some work done. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, with convenient parking right outside the unit. It was also a great location—close to Novato, Terra Linda, and an easy drive to Napa, which made it a perfect home base. The hosts were kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Bonus tip: check out Garden Cafe (about 15 minutes away). The chilaquiles were the best I’ve ever had, and the lattes were fantastic. Highly recommend this stay!

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay at Megan and Han's cozy retreat! The space was well equipped with thoughtful details from a separate laundry room to store our luggage and clothes, to power outlets on both sides of the bed. The entire unit was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note, this is a basement unit so you will hear footsteps and daily living above you. The hosts communicated clearly and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Sara was such an amazing host. Very responsive and understanding. The home was simple, clean, convenient, and nice. We felt at home. It wasn’t too far from the city and we enjoyed our stay!

Gabriela’s place is very quiet in a safe neighborhood. It is very clean. There is a kitchen area with a large refrigerator. Room was a bit warm at night but we opened the window and that helped.

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We loved staying at Laura’s place! It was very cute and cozy - the perfect space for the two of us. She supplied all the essentials and more. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, especially when lit up at night. The home was located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed being there. The landscape is picture-perfect, the view is breathtaking and you can see lots of animals. Even the deer come by. At night you have a sky full of stars and enjoying it in the hot tub makes it even more special. I can highly recommend a stay there.

Joseph and Fernanda's space is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. They are warm and responsive hosts, and downtown Petaluma is close by, with lots of restaurants. Overall a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for my stay. It was very private, clean, comfortable, and came stocked with many amenities. The neighborhood felt safe, and many restaurants and stores were within a convenient walking distance. It was also located close to public transportation, and parking was not an issue. Sayaka was an extremely gracious and communicative host, and helped us feel right at home during our stay. I would love to come back any time!

Book this place now! Lynn's place is clean, peaceful, and the VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!! We had everything we needed at Sunset View in order to have a pleasant stay. It is very private and the perfect place for a Sonoma getaway. Lynn gave great recommendations for Sonoma & Napa activities & restaurants. She even recommended Fishetarian in Bodega Bay. We definitely recommend everyone to book this place (Sunset View).

This is a super Airbnb location with a friendly and responsive host. The tranquil setting and private access made for a very restful stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, both the bed and sofa-bed were wonderfully clean and comfy, and the shower was majestic! Fred has thought of every detail to make his guests feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great spot for a one-week visit to the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with views of the Bay and beyond. Blake Garden is just a three-minute walk away, and it was beautiful in May. We spotted local wildlife in the area (mostly when driving home at night): deer, raccoons, and a downhill neighbor seems to have a skunk family living in their driveway. The unit itself is perfect for a couple, and the sofa bed was comfortable for a kid of any size. The shared laundry room was available and convenient. We agree with others who have noted that the in-wall space heater was a little loud. This would not normally be a problem for us, as the droning fan creates white noise -- except at certain temperatures, the thermostat would occasionally cause it to repeatedly turn on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if in the area again.
