The plus points of the apartment: - its location minutes from the center and shops - its calm - its amenities - interactions with hosts and directions to the apartment The point of attention is due to the atypism of the place which gives a low height in the doorways and a floor that is not flat everywhere as well as a ceiling on the stairs to access the biscornu apartment so pay attention to your head if you are tall.

I spent a night in the apartment. It is functional and 5 minutes from the city center, which is very convenient. very quiet neighborhood good communication with owners i recommend it.

Very nice apartment in a central location. Thanks to the neighbor's cat, we also quickly had contact with the neighbors, who were very nice. When it's not raining, you can sit in the courtyard, chat or just enjoy the peace and quiet. It was a very nice weekend.

I had a long stay at Nelly's, and everything went perfectly. The duplex, ideally located in the bustle of the city of Auxerre during the day and offering a soothing calm once night falls, is a real asset. Nelly was a very attentive and caring host. I leave with excellent memories (and a few bottles😊!) and I can only warmly recommend this address.

We spent a few days in Auxerre. The guide offered by Élise is perfect and completed our visit to the tourist office. We'll be back!

Problems: cleaning fees included in the price but the instructions ask us to do the cleaning So, either I paid cleaning fees for nothing, or I cleaned for nothing.

We had a lovely perfect stay at this place! Everything was impeccable: the apartment is even better than in the photos, tastefully decorated, ultra clean and super well equipped. The location is ideal for discovering Auxerre on foot. The host was lovely, very responsive and full of little touches. We will definitely come back, a real favorite! 💛

The accommodation is excellent: everything is clean, new and very well maintained. It is ideally located in the center, which allows you to do everything on foot without using the car. The sauna and jacuzzi are also a real plus, perfectly functional and very pleasant to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only negative point is the check-in: we were asked for an extra €15 if we wanted to enter a little before 5 p.m., while the accommodation was already ready. This does not seem normal to us, especially since access is via a programmed electronic door. We were in front of the door 30 minutes early and had to call to find a solution. This type of request should be specified in advance and better justified. Apart from that, we recommend this accommodation for its quality, amenities and ideal location.

Excellent stay, everything was great, Nora was very welcoming, the accommodation perfectly compliant and decorated with great taste. This is not a "hacked" accommodation for Airbnb, it is a real luxury, beautiful furniture and a quality SPA, we can see that the work has been taken care of. The sauna is great, brand new and modern control panel. We arrived in 35° temperature and the apartment stays cool which is very pleasant. The courtyard is between sun and shade with vegetation, it was privatized so no noise and all the space for us. The apartment is also very quiet because it overlooks the courtyard, no noise. We are 2 steps from the city center, everything is done on foot, we were able to park right in front of the accommodation. If you like artisanal ice cream, go to TI AMO in the city center, you will enjoy it. As you can see, I highly recommend this Airbnb, which is well worth the price.
