Great stay. Very well organized. The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Gostei a lot and the location is also very good. Host responds fast and very polite. I recommend and hope to return more often.

We stayed for 4 days and it was GREAT! We had everything we needed in the apartment, everything clean, organized, the condominium was excellent and the hostess was WONDERFUL! Always responding quickly and helping us with everything we need ❤️

Perfect!! The Studio is brand new, everything impeccable! Great for one or two people. It's well organized, everything was very clean. The structure of the building is also a differential, with swimming pool, gym and concierge. The host was always very quick and helpful in the information, that's really good! Loved it! The apartment is very nice and beautiful! Great value for money! Only two factors deserve to be noted to warn other guests: the bed mattress appears to be quite worn from use, so it is too soft, already sunken in some parts (where we usually sleep) and the garage is in the 4th basement, being tight to drive down to (I do not recommend it for larger cars, such as SUVs). Besides that, it's worth it!

The apartment is very organized, quite utensils, super clean and nice. Fernando was extremely receptive, kind and communicates very well! In the condominium has a somewhat bureaucratic administration, but nothing that hindered my stay. I recommend it!

We were in a group of 19 people, Renata was always very helpful and we want to leave a highlight to Vanessa and her husband, they were very attentive! The house is wonderful, we love the period we spend there. Quiet place to relax. Super recommend!

Andrea was extremely attentive from the first contact, sent us all the instructions to get to the site with ease The house is exactly like in the photos, all very clean and organized and in good conditions of use! The homemade Fernando made himself available to help us with everything, offered us options for walking around the place, fishing and even giving food to the Chicken and Geese! Too bad we didn't have more time to enjoy the place that was amazing! I highly recommend it and will come back more often!

comfortable house but needs maintenance, one of the rooms did not work the hot water, the refrigerator does not freeze well, the kitchen sink leaks water underneath, the ceiling fans, make a lot of noise you can not sleep. the living room sofa needs an urgent renovation, is torn and it's kind of disgusting. Na picina has a camera, takes some of the privacy away. These are points that can be corrected with ease. No mais is a comfortable home and the host, is very friendly.

The house is excellent, it exceeded our expectations. All very clean and very well equipped. The decoration of very good taste and there is a lot of integration of the environments which makes the stay more enjoyable Matilde really is a very special person, very kind, organized and helped us a lot. We love to cook and the house offers virtually all the resources for this Since every home some items need maintenance, the external refrigerator and the cold camera would need a check, nothing too serious to disappoint our experience. We intend to return for sure and thank you Tatiane for providing us with these incredible days with our family.

Our stay during the carnival was excellent, there was nothing missing, everything as expected and described in the announcement. Since we had already lined up and answered questions before the checkin, everything was very quiet, yet the host asked if everything was okay.

The place is exactly like the photos, everything was very clean and well organized. It was a very pleasant weekend and I will definitely return with my family. I have a 2-year-old son and there was no shortage of activities for him on the property, including feeding the animals at the end of the day.
