The property was extremely clean, including the pool. The place is much larger than in the pictures. Large and comfortable room, as well as all other spaces in the farm. Comfortable furniture. Full kitchen. Convenience, fuel station, pharmacy, supermarket etc., very close by. The hostess is extremely polite and proactive. Great for pets. We'll be back for sure!

The house is a grace and super cozy. A typical rural/interior house of São Paulo. Exactly as the description. Casa 8 is located in a village of former settler houses of Fazenda do Lapa, which gives the guest a pleasant sense of security, without losing their privacy. It was great for resting and getting away a little from the routine. The kitchen is complete and well-spaced, as well as very clean, allowing you to prepare on-site meals and enjoy the atmosphere of the house. The slow pace of time stretched on the network is one of the strengths. The live fence attracts many hummingbirds, which are around us all the time. I recommend it.

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.
