L'appartement se trouve en RDC d'une maison typique alsacienne, avec des plafonds bas, abritant autrefois une ancienne forge. Il est entièrement équipé et vous accueille dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Il y a des places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue (pas de place de stationnement réservée au studio dans la résidence)

You will also take the opportunity to visit the Alsatian region. At equal distance: Strasbourg, Colmar, Europa-Park in Rust (Germany) the largest amusement park in Europe. On the discovery side: the Wine Route, Mont Saint-Odile, numerous cycle paths nearby, ski slopes 30 km away.

BEAUTIFUL 36 M2 studio, close to the city center. The accommodation is on the ground floor, quiet in an inner courtyard, with a private covered terrace in high season. It can accommodate 2–3 guests as the sofa converts to a single bed. New 160 × 200 bedding from 2024. Parking space (4.4 m maximum length) in the inner courtyard. Closed bike storage upon request. Strasbourg is 25 minutes by car or train. A train stop is located in front of Strasbourg airport.

Beautiful new apartment 5 km from Obernai

5 km from Obernai, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern 38 m2 studio adjoining the owners' main house with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small dedicated outdoor garden with two deckchairs, a small table and two chairs, completes the accommodation. The accommodation is quietly located 300 m from a U supermarket with bakery and cafeteria.

You will be ideally located on the 1st floor in a typical building of character in a quiet area. I'll share some of my favorite restaurants, tours, etc. with you... At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, Obernai, Mittelbergheim (classified village) are only a 5-minute drive away. For nature lovers, many trails are directly accessible from the cottage.
