What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Paulo is welcoming and warm. we were very well received. Impeccable studio and filled with small touches. everything you need is in the accommodation. we will come back to it during our next trip to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described very clean and felt comfortable for 4 people. Area was very safe and super close to the metro that takes you into central. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

Beautiful apartment, everything is there even for couples with small children. Thomas thought of everything, even the umbrella in case!!! Very clean and very pleasant😉 accommodation. The private parking space for the car is super appreciable and secure in the basement. I know where we'll be coming back to on our next stay at Disney... 10 min drive, what more could you ask for. 👌 Dishwasher, washing machine, "real coffee machine" in addition to the pod machine, toaster, kettle... He really thought of everyone. I recommend ++++++++++ 👍👍👍 I would like to take this opportunity to thank Thomas once again for his contribution to our three wonderful days at Disneyland Paris. I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. I recommend it!

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything was functional: jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just a few minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really nice. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Very functional accommodation for a couple with children. Quiet, clean and very well maintained!

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
