Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

This place little further away from tourist locations, but walkable to Eiffel and most importantly very safe (secure access to building) and clean. Having Monoprix and shopping mall next door was very convenient. Ian is very responsive and easy to communicate. Place is exactly same as mentioned in description. The only thing is A/C unit is only in living room . Normally A/C however it may not require as unit is on high floor and plenty of airflow by opening windows. (Need to be careful if there is high wind)

We had a nice time in Christelle and Smail's apartment. The proximity to Paris was perfect. You could get to the center of Paris in 30 minutes by public transport. We'd love to come back!

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach any place in Paris directly or with a single connection. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. We thank you again for your welcome, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.

Really great appartment and a nice price! Easy in private garage, clean and simple instructions, quiet area, close to CDG and Disney land. Walking distance to RER E, 7 min drive to RER A, which was more convenient for us, there we left a car at a parking for 12 euro max for 24 hours and took RER to Paris. A very good choir for ones who come to Paris by car. You get a nice residence for the good price and still can visit Paris , DisneyLand and other parks .

Excellent stay at Malika's place with whom communication is easy and pleasant. She welcomed us very warmly. Everything was perfect in her ideally located home, close to everything. The apartment is bright, well-equipped, very clean, nicely decorated with, not insignificant bonus, a balcony without vis-à-vis with a beautiful view of Saint-Maur des Fossés. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back with pleasure.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

2-day stay in the apartment, we had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is well equipped, well studied and large enough for a group of 5. Betty is responsive and accommodating.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

Functional studio that matches the listing, the garden is a small plus

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Rarely seen beauty and perfect and sufficient supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no need to worry, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
