En el piso segundo siempre vivo yo desde Mayo hasta Octubre. Es parte de Casa Gypsy, una casa dedicada al surf y al skateboard. A 3 minutos en coche tiene las 3 playas surferas de Pantín, Villarube y Baleo. En la playa de Pantín se celebra cada año en verano el "Pantín Classic", una competición internacional de surf.
