Apartamento Carmen II "Ferrol"

Spectacular duplex in a stately building completely renovated since the eighteenth century located in the heart of the central neighborhood of La Magdalena. The apartment preserves the original wooden beams and the magnificent wooden galleries - the epitome of the city - from which you can enjoy the Canton of Molins, a fabulous avenue full of magnolias and other pioneering species in Galicia, as a "floating garden". The accommodation has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed, and one with a bay window with two twin beds. It also has two bathrooms fully equipped with shower trays; full kitchen with appliances and utensils and open concept living room with TV and WiFi. A very special accommodation, from which to enjoy the city and the charms of the modernist footprint. IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This home has heating using radiators that are enabled from November to April. By calling for responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months oscillate between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available in two time slots: one morning and the other afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that oscillates between 18º and 20º C. The maximum ignition time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose their operating hours based on their living habits. It is important to understand that heating a home like ours (150 sq. meters) is not the same as heating a smaller hotel room type stay (15 sq. meters).

The apartment is located on a central village street, with beautiful countryside views from its spacious terrace, and a 5-minute drive from the beach (25 minutes on foot, 9 minutes by bike). A few meters away, it has the best services: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and cafes, as well as public transport to Ferrol.

In Canido, overlooking La Malata and the sunset, renovated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will enjoy a spacious living room with a 50" smart TV, a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom with shower tray, covered balcony facing east to sit for a moment and have a coffee, and two warm and comfortable bedrooms with beautiful touches. Tilt-and-turn windows and programmable heating. Second floor, no elevator. Easy parking in the area.

Less than a minute from Plaza de Armas (Casa del Concello) The street is one-way and difficult to park as it is located in the old town. However, you have a public parking lot a few meters from the house, with the possibility of recharging for electric cars. We'll leave you a card in the house for free access during your stay.
