Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Valdosta

We loved this place. It was very clean, private, and peaceful, which was just what we were looking for to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We loved the peacocks too. We would definitely book here again.

Adorable cottage, super clean, stocked well with EVERYTHING you need or might have forgotten. I was so happy she had Q-tips 😂. Great snacks, water in the fridge, and delicious chocolates to welcome you home! I also loved all the information brochures on the coffee table. We enjoyed as much as Thomasville as we could, but would love to come back for some of the other cool things. It is such a cute town with great shops, restaurants, and craft drinks!

Older home with many upgrades. We were very comfortable during our brief stay. It was in an ideal neighborhood for our trip to and from the hospital.

We were so Blessed to use Stephanie’s home, we were celebrating our daughter’s for her VSU graduation, she was so responsive and allowed my husband and I to arrive early, provided an accessible way to communicate and was a wonderful host. The home is peaceful and huge. My daughter was so grateful and said the home was deceiving , because it’s huge and it was more than the eye could conceive. This is a great place and plenty of space and we did karaoke all night and the game room was amazing. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your home, it’s a shame we’ve been coming there for four years and are just now finding this hidden VS Gem. This place is amazing! It’s super close to FSU, in a really cute neighborhood. The house was spotless! We had everything we needed right there. Ramy and Bernice were super friendly and easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!

I don't even know where to begin .... John's place was so just fantastic! We were in town for a FSU graduation and were so happy we did not stay in the city. Our favorite part was having coffee while sitting in the adirondacks on the pier in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Just super peaceful. We saw an Otter swim right by and listened to the manatees make their huffing noises. The amount of birds we saw and heard was really cool also. We also saw a manatee from a little bit of a distance while sitting there, but we saw a number of them up close while out kayaking which was a first for us and totally amazing! On a couple of the nights we had 5 people there and there was enough comfortable sitting space in the living room for movie night, which is important to us. We made memories cooking family meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then walking down to eat around the comfortable table in the screened in room followed by games. I would return in a heartbeat!!

This was our very first time booking an Airbnb, and to be honest, we were suspicious going in because of all the horror stories we’d heard. However, from the beginning, Raina made the entire process incredibly smooth. I needed to make few changes after booking, and she was quick to respond, kind, and helpful every time-truly great! Even though I remained cautious, Raina’s responsiveness and professionalism gave me peace of mind. She kept us fully informed and sent all the necessary details ahead of our stay, which made everything easier. When we arrived, my husband walked in and said “elegantly rustic.” He was right. The home was beautiful, well kept, spotlessly clean and full of charm. It immediately felt warm and inviting-not just to us, but to our guests as well. We relaxed, ordered food, laughed, drank and had wonderful time. No one wanted to leave. This experience exceeded my expectations and set the bar high!! Thanks Raina

This house is gorgeous. I felt right at home. It included everything that was needed. Check in was a breeze. Yoko was a great host. She also had restaurant recommendations which were great. She also check in to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything that we needed. If you want a home away from home, this is it!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed in. The host was amazing, left snack, and was very easy to communicate with. The host sent recommendations for food and activities close by. We tried the Rodeo restaurant that was recommended and loved it. Wild adventures theme park was super close by, as well as everything else we needed. I loved this stay, would love to stay again. I will recommend this to all my family and friends.

Good location for exploring Thomasville, as we did on bicycles. The room (and welcoming home) was clean, spacious and well equipped. Jamie was a prompt communicator and low-key host. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house, very close to restaurant, downtown and above all very quiet.

Me and my woman had an amazing time. The barndo was in the woods overlooking a gorgeous landscape. The kitchen had everything we needed to make steaks and more. Fridge was clean and there wasn’t a single thing I could complain about. The view is beautiful and the balcony on the side just adds on. Plenty of space and will definitely book again. WiFi works great, hosts are amazing and were willing to provide anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Jamie is a responsive and accommodating host. His place worked out great and represented good value. The location is walkable to the downtown area through a nice neighborhood of impressive homes and close to everything with plenty of off-street parking. Definitely recommend and hope to return if we end up in Thomasville in the future.

this was our second stay. And as long as it meets the needs of our family it will be the only place we stay in Tallahassee. Great accommodations and excellent location.

Great place to stay. All high end appliances. Very cozy little cabin. The first road on the way out was a little sketchy, but you get to drive back further away from those houses and the close neighbors seem really nice. We didnt get to do much exploring because we were busy with family so Im not sure about the pond or anything on the property. Edward relayed to us right away that the HVAC guy was there fixing the AC and everything went smoothly.

We loved Tim's Cabin. We stayed in and read books, cooked meals and just enjoyed the pine trees. The Furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the Wi-Fi and technology worked great as well. Nearby Thomasville had a fun downtown and plenty of food choices as well. My wife and I had a great trip and would come back.

Our stay was amazing! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. We were made aware that recent storms had damaged some of the land, and surrounding sight seeing areas. House was comfy, felt like home. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings listening to nature, seeing fireflies, and star gazing. We will definitely go back!!

Our family thought this location was incredible the decor so homie and family friendly. Nicholas the host was excellent with great suggestions for food and fishing. We loved it so much that although we didn’t plan to be back in that area we want to come back just to stay here again. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Th is is honestly one of the best AirBnB experiences I have ever had. Ann has thought of everything to make your stay exceptional. I excellent directions, great recommendations and easy communication made it even better. You can tell the hosts out their heart into this special place and making it a magical experience for every guest. The cabin is even more charming in real life. The private lake, pristine forest, wildlife, fresh eggs, baked goods, and serenity were remarkable. Our dogs thought they were in heaven. And only 15-20 min to downtown Tallahassee. Can’t wait to rebook.

To say the hosts went above and beyond in setting this place up is an understatement. Almost anything you would forget at home toothbrush toothpaste lotion etc. They have a cute little station set up in the bathroom. The kitchen is lightly supplied with seasonings and condiments and pretty much every piece of kit heard you would need during your stay. Living room has games and plenty of space to play them. Bed linens were so nice and clean and very soft towels. Now outside! It’s spacious and you can have a fire in the pit at night. It’s so beautiful and private and we enjoyed our stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. Lizards and tree frogs greeting us every time we went outside. Inside was clean and had everything we needed.

For a little weekend getaway, it was amazing! Absolutely loved the location. Wonderful view of the pond. Only regret, wish we would have stayed longer!
