The exquisite heating!! And Karla is super attentive to everything, 10 out of 10, 100% recommended And as a fact, there is a minimarket 4 houses away.

Erica's place is the same as described in the photographs; spacious, comfortable, clean, warm and cozy. The environment of a priceless tranquility, surrounded by a forest that invites you only to relax. We loved the place and their pets took care of us most of our stay. Erica mother is also very nice… Definitely a place to recommend, 10/10. The place is very close to the city which is comfortable for shopping for groceries; perfect internet signal 👌 Thank you for your hospitality Erica….

It was an incredible few days, the place is very comfortable, quiet and although it is cold in the environment it adapts very well to the place, the cabin is in the middle of nature very close to the lake on foot, Carola gave us the contact of Nahum a gentleman who travels through the sector and took us to know beautiful places. This 100% recommended escape!

The beautiful cabin, with a spectacular view of the river and the island of Mancera. A really comfortable and beautiful place to stay, Mabel and her husband were a 10 as hosts, they helped us with everything we needed. Upon arrival they waited for us with the stove on, so the cabin was very pleasant. We also enjoyed a day of tinaja that they gave us and it was wonderful. We went in a small car and had no problems with the road, it is in excellent condition. In short, 100% recommended if you want to disconnect, enjoy nature and a good view☺️.

The house is beautiful, very comfortable for the 4 of us. I had what I needed to be well. Everything is very clean, great location. The only thing missing was for the shower water to be warmer. Everything else was perfect!! We would come back!!

The apartment is perfect for a couple and children, it has good and spacious common areas, the terrace is incredible but I think that in summer it can be better used, although the glass that covers it contributes a lot to lowering the wind and the cold. Well located, easy to get around on foot. Only the heating in bedroom 2 failed, but in general everything was fine. Recommended

Comfortable accommodation, I traveled alone and had no difficulties. In particular, the location was useful to me, because by car you can get to the center of Pucón, Villarrica and the foot of the volcano in a short time. Paula's instructions were clear and she is very kind.

The place is located only 5 minutes from downtown Pucon by car. The apartment is very nice and spacious in the common spaces and the kitchen has everything so you can prepare breakfast or dinners. It's very quiet so you get a good rest. Francisco is very friendly and is always there to answer your questions. I'd stay there again:)

View of the city, located near the Costanera. It is on a fourth floor without an elevator. It is recommended for adults, not for children or seniors. It has everything you need to settle in comfortably.

Excellent apartment! I stayed with my partner for 4 nights and it was a very cozy and very well-equipped place. Ximena takes care of all the necessary details to have a perfect stay. I only found the shower to be small, for a person with obesity I do not recommend it. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and excellent hygiene.

Very rich days in Villarrica. The location was incredible and the apartment was impeccable. The only thing is that the parking lot is far away and it's not covered. For us, who were with a baby, it was difficult because of the rain. Other than that, everything was extraordinary!
