The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

The extremely beautiful apartment perfectly rounded off our stay. There was really nothing missing. The location is very good. Shopping within 3 minutes walking distance. The hosts were very attentive. Would book again anytime. Thanks 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious apartment. The whole building has been super nicely restored and there is enough space for everyone to relax despite the shared outdoor space. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Latsch is a small village with a few shops and restaurants and a good base from which to explore the beautiful surroundings. Cycling/cycling Walhalla with the Stelvio only around the corner, many good bike paths between the apple trees and grape bushes. We definitely recommend staying here overnight!

Staying at Maria’s place was just amazing. The location is stunning. Away from the main tourist areas, you have views from your own balcony… and they are stunning. Maria and her husband were wonderful and friendly. They helped with great local advice, restaurant recommendations and bookings and tourist info. The apartment was perfect. First class amenities. We loved it and would happily return. Thank you.

Bergblick was a beautiful place! The place was immaculate when we arrived. Rosmarie was a great host and was flexible with us with our check-in and check-out. The scenery is outstanding and well worth the visit! Danke schön!

We had a wonderful week in Gerti's apartment Vinea in November. The apartment is very modern and very high quality. Since we were traveling with our little daughter, Gerti even installed a stair gate in advance, there was a Tripp Trapp chair, children's dishes and a children's towel. In the morning, we were spoiled with a super lovingly designed breakfast box, which can be put together individually for each day on site for a small surcharge. Gerti was always super accessible and gave us tips for excursions and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights and enjoyed the time. The size is ideal for 2 persons and the view through the large window front into the garden and mountains very nice. We found the equipment with the underfloor heating (at the end of March it was still cool) the two bathrooms (shower/toilet separated),the very comfortable box spring bed,bedroom closet with lighting and the electric blinds for all windows of very high quality. Only salt/pepper for those who want to cook was missing. The village of Kastelbell is manageable, but offers everything you need with butcher/bakery,wine bar,supermarket and a rustic restaurant. The apartment itself is about 5 minutes' walk up the mountain and you can look at Kastelbell Castle from the balcony. We felt very comfortable and the possibility to park the car comfortably in the underground car park rounded off the offer. The hosts are easy and quick to reach. Thank You !
