My family and I had a great stay in St. Denis. The apartment was large with 4 decently sized bedrooms. The host's instructions were impeccable and we were able to access the apartment without issues. The neighborhood was great for my family with multiple playgrounds, close supermarkets, and green spaces. Once you get to the Metro, central Paris is a quick 15 minute ride. Downsides: - The apartment was a little further from the Metro and RER than I would have liked (~15-20 minutes walk rather than 10-15) - The floors were dirty when we arrived and we had to mop ourselves. Everything else: kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean. - The bathroom setup is weird. Two of the bathrooms are shower + sink, one bathroom is toilet+sink, one bathroom is just a toilet. The person using the last bathroom needs to go into another to wash their hands. Overall, the visit was pleasant and complaints are minor.

Very nice surprise, both on the location and on the apartment which was very spacious, then very quiet. Descriptions are compliant, except for heating. Don't worry, it's very nice and there are heaters. It was clean and comfortable. I was also happy for the safety of the vehicle that we can park inside. Very good communication with the host. I would recommend it without hesitating. 👌☺️

We rented the house for a weekend for 8. Stéphane and Noëlyss were very welcoming, always very responsive, very accommodating and attentive to us (including during the weekend). The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very warm and comfortable; the original atmosphere and all the leisure facilities (board games, sauna, swimming pool, ping-pong table and foosball...) make it the ideal place to enjoy a very good relaxing time.
