Holiday rentals with beach access in Val-d'Oise

Very good accommodation in terms of value for money. It is as cute as the environment in which it is located. The host is reassuringly kind and very pleasant to talk to. Don't hesitate, for a quiet week where you want to walk or simply rest in a comfortable bed, this small cozy accommodation is made for many situations!

Clean studio, just like the photos, it has everything that is needed, felt right at home. The host was very responsive and understanding.

The hosting by Grgory and Christina was very warm. They helped us with the journey to their home, were responsive, and kindly welcomed us by letting us know that you should not hesitate to call on them when needed. The accommodation is very pleasant, bright and well located for someone traveling by train (train station nearby). It is very well kept and we felt good there.

We had a lovely time in Champagne sur L’Oise, Catherine and Dominique were fantastic hosts and the apartment was ideal for visiting Paris on the train

The apartment now feels like home, I came there more often. Cozy and fully equipped, fine train connection to Paris Nord!

Peaceful and quiet environment, good stay.

Very nice little corner, house shared with other people but it's extremely quiet and peaceful, cocooning room with view of the Seine that I chose and I'm staying for a few months! Daphnis is a super nice and very available host + very nice environment, looking forward to the beautiful days☺️! Recommended+++

The value for money is great (good economic price in Ile de France). Very clean large house, at the edge of the Seine, with the host Daphnis who is very interactive and attentive, who leaves you full of messages of recommendations of things to do or eat in the area. Not too far (23 min walk) I liked lidl and one Asian at will + other shops.

It was really nice place…..Host was responsive & helpful whenever it was needed…..Strongly recommend for short term & long term stay as u feel like a home there…..super host.

A home from home. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Each bedroom had aircon which was very welcome with the summer weather. The house has a lot of character and has everything you need for a great holiday. Our teenage daughter was comfortable in bedroom 2 with bedroom 3 more suited to a younger child. Laurent is an excellent host. Very reliable, helpful and friendly. Communication was quick and easy and the information on the house and the area was clear and informative. The town is beautiful. Everything you need is walkable, including the station with regular trains to Paris centre. An excellent range of restaurants and bars and a supermarket just around the corner. This is highly recommended for an excellent family holiday.

The apartment and the courtyard to sit outside are really super nice! We had a great time. The water park with a large park right across the street was great for the kids. We would come back anytime. Aurelie and Jerome were very kind.
