Apartment holiday rentals in Val-de-Reuil

Everything was perfect for us: very convenient and very well located accommodation (not far on foot from the historic center of Rouen). Great value!

To arrive in the city center of Rouen to Maxime's apartment was a treat we did not fully appreciate until we checked in. Easy parking (can't say that often), a beautiful apartment and a pastry shop or coffee shop at every turn, we loved the experience. The church and garden of the Church of Joan of Arc in view, we loved the city and thanks to Maxime in sharing a beautiful space.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie and Thierry’s apartment. We were still jet lagged 4 days into our trip and their place offered a peaceful haven to rest while being close to everything. The double pane windows and black-out blinds allowed us to sleep in, and the apartment being on the first floor, it had remained pretty cool despite the very hot weather. We walked to the downtown in 10 minutes. Parking was a breeze!

This was our first visit to Rouen, and this apartment was a delightful introduction to a wonderful city. The location is a dream, particularly if you arrive by car, as we did. Secure, free parking right outside the door in the middle of the city is quite a luxury. The apartment is lovely and has lots of nice details. The beds are super comfortable, and the two full baths are a treat. Top-notch appliances, ample seating, tasteful decor, nice house plants, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed walking to many sites in the old city center and several museums that were practically right across the street. We were even greeted with a thoughtful welcoming gift from our host. All in all, a great stay that I can recommend without hesitation.

My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Claire's apartment. it is located in a quiet area very close to the main sights of Rouen. it is easily walkable to get to museums, restaurants and stores. Rouen is a very attractive and historic city, with plenty to do. The apartment is itself historic and very creatively decorated. I highly recommend Claire's Airbnb!

Very nice accommodation, the quiet was greatly appreciated when returning from the music festival. Very comfortable bedding. Everything is close to the accommodation, great location for discovering Rouen. Responsive and very friendly host.

Extremely qualitative apartment. Very secure residence even for cars. This is rare, but it must be recognized that the stay was even better than what the photos showed. Really nice apartment, I would come back without hesitation.

Very nice accommodation where you can feel good. We enjoyed the warm decoration that is identical to the presentation photos. In addition, the parking lot is nearby and shops are within walking distance. All that remains is to climb the stairs to discover the castle and its park. We recommend!

We had a great time at Antoine and Maëlle’s place in Rouen. The place is perfect to explore Rouen, very close to multiple cafes and restaurants. We loved the local market and boulangerie nearby and all the sites like the Rouen cathedral were really close to walk to. The place was exactly like the photos and it was interesting to live in a stone vaulted cellar. Overall, we had a great stay!

I stayed at Cedric's on a business trip. Cedric is very attentive to his guests and cares about their well-being. The apartment is spacious and very nice, located opposite the cathedral in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is however very quiet and everything is available on foot. The cross-ventilated apartment allows you to not be hot in case of heatwave. Tastefully decorated, I felt at home! There is no elevator but the stairwell is wide, no problem to unload luggage. There are parking spaces nearby, which is very convenient. Anyway, I'll be happy to come back! A big thank you to Cedric for his availability and warm welcome ☺️

We had a great stay at Mathieu's (nothing better than a spa and sauna on a rainy weekend!) The +: The little guide with local recommendations, the fireplace and the coffee pods in the morning were very appreciated!

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

very clean home The accommodation and great property to accommodate a family like us with a baby (there is a baby bed available) safe (just be careful when you get out of the jacuzzi because it's slippery and there's no railing)
