Holiday rentals with a pool in Val-de-Marne

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par sarra , qui s’est montré disponible, réactif et très attentionné tout au long de notre visite. La logistique a été irréprochable : tout était parfaitement organisé, les informations claires, et l’accès au logement très facile. La maison est conforme à l’annonce, voire même au-delà de nos attentes. Elle est propre, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, et l’environnement est particulièrement agréable. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, très bien entretenu, idéal pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Quant à la piscine, elle a fait le bonheur de tous : propre, bien exposée, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter pleinement du beau temps. En résumé, nous avons vécu une expérience sans faute. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Gite plein de charme niché sur une île . Facilité d’accès à Paris (prévoir environ 1h de trajet par le rer) Le chalet est décoré avec goût. Il est agréable, propre et confortable. Ravissant jardin très bien entretenu dont on peut profiter dès le matin en prenant le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse accompagné par le chant des oiseaux. Accueil très sympathique et amical de Magali la propriétaire qui se montre très disponible pour ses hôtes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et toutes les fenêtres ont un volet. L’endroit est calme et agréable, et l’accès depuis Paris est très facile. Samia était super accueillante. L’espace extérieur est idéal pour profiter d’une belle journée ensoleillée, avec la piscine et le barbecue (à noter simplement que si la maison voisine est aussi louée, cet espace est partagé).

Merci pour ce séjour très agréable. Maison atypique et bien équipée. David est un excellent hôte avec un contact aisé et une grande réactivité. Il est très arrangeant et disponible.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist toll, man kommt überall schnell hin.

Nosotros utilizamos el alojamiento para ir a Disney y un día al centro de París. Hay una parada de autobús muy cerca y la estación RER caminando a unos 10 minutos Hay una panadería/pastelería que recomiendo 100% en frente. También tienes el centro comercial Val d'Europa a 2 minutos. Ah! y tiene lavadora. Volveríamos a este alojamiento. Gracias por todo.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

Great place to stay if you're off to Disneyland for the day. Great amenities with shops and restaurants. Small, but the flat has everything you need. Very clean and easy to get to!
