Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Val-de-Marne

Can't say enough about the location. Between Place des Vosges, the Marais, the river and Bastille you have access to so many neighborhoods and activities in easy walking distance. The apartment works beautifully because it has two full bathrooms and a bright living/kitchen space that overlooks a courtyard. However the two bedrooms with no windows are stuffy and we had to leave the doors open to sleep. The basement did not work for us. It's an incredible architectural space (down MANY steps), with high ceilings, a swanky bar, a sauna and a movie theater! What's not to like? Except, truly there is no need for any of these things: you'd rather get a drink at a bar out in Paris, you didn't come to Paris for a sauna and the movie theater wasn't working, which didn't seem to bother the staff. They did stop by and look at it but no update, no apology, in fact they said we should find things to do out in Paris. So just know that the beautiful (very very dark) basement is not really a bonus.

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

This little place is in such a good location! Walkable to all transportation, so easy to get anywhere in the metropolitan area, and on a quiet street. Having a washing machine was a real advantage during our stay. It’s attractively decorated and very clean, although a bit tight on space in the bedroom and bath.

Regarding the host: Mathieu will be very responsive, concerned about your well-being and quick to give any advice you want! Regarding the accommodation: it is in the image of the host and it is even better than in the photos, everything necessary is provided (and for us ladies, even the hair dryer)! The sofa bed is very comfortable, the apartment is very bright, the building is very quiet and very clean, the incredible view and the sun will make your evenings very sweet! Rarely seen a home that lives up to its promises to this extent! Bonus: you will have slippers (men's and women's sizes) upon arrival! Everything is done to make your stay perfect and peaceful! It's clean, it's beautiful, it's clear, it's functional, it's perfect! This is the apartment I will recommend to everyone, to any couple (maybe less to families), as a Parisian, the cocoon I would like to have! Go ahead and close your eyes, before I steal it from you ;)!

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

Highly recommend staying with Manon! This was the perfect Parisian apartment. Manon was a phenomenal host. She had everything very organized, lots of helpful recommendations, and she had put a lot of care and love into the apartment. She was extremely responsive and helpful during out stay, and went out of her way to make us feel at home! The location of the spot is perfect. It's right near a metro that takes you to all the main Paris sights. Plus, it's walking distance to some really wonderful parks. In short, this stay exceeded all of our expectations! We will for sure stay here the next time we're in Paris!

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

We had a fantastic stay in Cedric's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and a fantastic terrace. We were so lucky that it rained only one night while we were in Paris, so we enjoyed both the terrace and the hot tub. It was really nice and relaxing after a long and busy day in the city. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby. We traveled with our teenage boy, and there was room for all three of us. Although the apartment is small, it is decorated in a very smart way. There was water, coffee and chocolate when we arrived. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, etc., which is really nice when traveling with hand luggage. Many thanks to Cedric for a wonderful stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. I had a wonderful stay at Cesar’s place! The house is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is lovely, and the garden is absolutely beautiful — my cat especially enjoyed spending time there! Cesar was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He responded very quickly to our messages and even helped us print out the documents needed for our cat to travel back. The local restaurant and park he recommended were fantastic as well. extra welcome, available host, helpful and very nice host, it's like at home. The studio is spotless, peaceful, clean and functional. the cozy side of the mezzanine bedroom is appreciated, the bedding is perfect, the ladder to climb there is convenient and secured by several handles. The shower is large and there is everything you need to rest after days of work. In addition, there is a lovely dog who loves cuddles. thanks and maybe next time!

The house is beautiful, all new and design. Very close to Paris and Disney , good communication with RER and Bus. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommended. I would definitely repeat the experience.

The apartment was as advertised. It had amazing views of the city and Eifel Tower. It was very comfortable and it had all the modern amenities. We would stay here again and we would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Grégory was very helpful and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The Metro stop was only a 6 minute walk. We loved our stay and we hope to return in the future.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the description. There was everything we needed, even extra pillows were available. It was also great that a parking space was included. The house itself was quiet and the area pleasant. To get to the center, various metro stations could be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot.

The appartement is spacious and cozy, located in small beautiful street. There are metro stations in walking distance, which go straight to the centre of Paris. Vincennes is a very lovely part of the city, with a beautiful castle, a big park, and nice restaurants which are mostly visited by locals. I can warmly recommend this appartement.
