petit studio très propre, bien équipé, literie confortable, hôte très réactive et agréable. emplacement très calme tout en étant proche des transports ( bus, métro, tram..). accès très facile au centre de Paris. je reviendrai lors d'un prochain séjour si possible. merci encore

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

The studio apartment was perfect ! Very safe and secure with 2 separate doors needing key pad entry and finally your main door to the apartment with shot bolt system I loved the big open windows in the room that created sunlight and fresh air within the apartment ..The bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated on a quiet road The area has a great ambiance with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance The main CDG airport to RER port royal station was a 12 min walk away. Plus other close metro lines minutes away to the local attractions

The appartment was great: very cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It’s super well connected, with easy access to both the RER and the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet but has everything nearby. Communication with Xavier was easy and smooth from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

A perfect place to stay in Paris to be in the middle of the action but have a quiet apartment. Comfortable place with a nice living room and comfortable bed. The bathroom is very small but functional if you're not a big person. There are many lovely places to eat within a 2 min walk. Probably most amazing is how quiet it is . It's on the interior of the building so no street noise. Remi was great. He met us right on time. he also let us have a late checkout which really helped us.

Logement en plein centre des Nogent. Très pratique pour aller au centre ville à pieds. Arrêt de bus très proche.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Valérie é muito gentil, encontramos em sua casa um espaço aconchegante, muito agradável. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, cozinha com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia de 4 dias. O local é perto do metrô que nos leva em meia hora ao centro de Paris. A varanda é um plus, onde podemos ter uma bela vista do por do sol, e beber um vinho ao cair da noite. Existe um carrefour embaixo, e restaurantes que vendem a comida ja pronta. Eu gostei muito. Obrigada.

Thomas was a great host and very considerate and accommodating. We stayed for a month and were able to utilize the place maybe to its fullest extent, but also keep in mind it's probably not a typical length of stay. Given the length, we did run into a few issues during our stay, but the times that we reached out, Thomas was always very considerate and helpful. The location was pretty decent to get to what we needed it would have been nice to be a little closer to the train station. The place itself is quaint and has its own charm, just set your expectations accordingly and don't expect anything luxurious, and maybe a little outdated compared to stays at a hotel or kind of commercialized AirBnB. If you're a fan of that more casual setting, then this place would fit you well!

Elsa e Yannick foram ótimos tanto no arranjo do apartamento, dicas, resolução de problemas, auxílio com meu bebê e comunicação. Recomendo imensamente o apartamento lindo com vista para Sacre coeur, torre Eiffel e zoológico. Muito perto de Vincennes, pra quem quer sair do agito do centro. Muito acessível por inúmeras linhas de metrô, para ir aos museus, monumentos, etc. Bairro tranquilo e com tudo o necessário para uma estadia ótima. Perfeito para famílias com crianças, principalmente. Mas perfeito também para quem quer curtir uma Paris por inteiro como seus moradores. Recomendo fortemente esses hóspedes e esse apartamento. Bonjour une maison indépendante sur jardin bien aménagé. Les espaces nuit sont confortables, tout est parfait un vrai havre de paix. Une belle cuisine aménagée et une véranda couverte qui réhaussent la qualité du lieu.... Un rapport qualité prix indéniable, je recommande

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic space. Quaint and quiet. A perfect spot to relax in after the business of our days at Olympic events. Spacious. ACs in the bedrooms were a BLESSING during the hot spell we encountered while in Paris. Easy access to public transit. Able to check in early due to our changed flight schedule. Lockup and check in was perfect when we have a group of people who need different times and access to get back for the night! Saving this space for future Paris trips!

Parfait !! en déplacement professionnel à 4 personnes nous avons choisis ce logement, qui je pense étais le meilleur choix Une très bonne communication avant et pendant, Frédéric à su être très réactifs tout en nous mettant à l'aise au maximum ! le logement étais très propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire ! l'accueil fut parfait tout en nous expliquant les commerces à proximité qui étais à moin de 5min à pied, donc pas forcément besoin d'être véhiculer. ( restaurant à volonté, mc do, grand carrefour etc ). Il as su répondre à n'importe quelle de nos demande et tout ça très rapidement. la maison étais très belle, les espace très grand, la literie étais top ! merci encore à Frédéric pour ce séjour parfait !!
