Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Val-de-Marne

Me and my three big kids had a great stay here. Unfortunately, I got sick and didn't make it so much that the area but would love to go back. Anne Marie was super sweet and welcoming overall. Was helpful when I got sick and travel plans had to be changed a bit.

Beautiful, clean, special property south-facing the Seine on lovely and quiet Ile St. Louis! The top floor apartment has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the Seine, Pantheon and Notre Dame - with the Eiffel Tower looming in the distance! The building is historic - Marie Curie lived two floors below for 20 years! The location is quiet and perfectly accessible to the big churches, museums and other attractions. The best!

The accommodation was very affordable, and the area felt safe. The city center can be reached by metro in under 30 minutes.

This was a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I work in technology and worked for this unit all week long and WIFI was fast and reliable. There is a grocery store right next door and it was open until 10pm making my adjusted evening work schedule easier so I could grab evening snacks and meal items. Great restaurants along the street too. The street is not busy so there was little traffic noise which can be rare in big cities. The unit had a nice warm homey lived in feel. Bruno was always responsive and very helpful.

We enjoyed the stay, Philippe is very responsive and was very accommodating with the arrival time. The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the metro, at the foot of the Bois de Vincennes, with enough shops for the most part. It suited us well as a family with a small child.

We had a great stay at Pierre's Gare de Lyon house. It was everything we thought it would be. It is fully stocked with amenities. The house/flat was situated in a perfect location in the Notre Dame neighbourhood & the view is spectacular. You really feel the Parisian vibe here! The Metro is very close which gives you access to all arrondissements or you can walk to your hearts content,peeking into all the little shops. There are plenty of great restaurants & cafe's within walking distance...literally less than a 3-5 minute walk. Pierre was great communicating with us also his restaurants, cafe's cheese & patisserie shops recommendations were spot on. Book this quickly before it's gone. We fully recommend Pierre's Gare de Lyon house. I know we'll be back again. Merci Pierre

Experience in Florence's accommodation absolutely positive. She was kind and always available for any request. We spent a week in Florence's comfortable studio apartment as 2 adults with a 9-year-old girl. Perhaps more suitable for 2 people than 3, especially the bathroom. However, really great value for money, next to the Pantheon, 5 minutes' walk from 2 metro lines and 15 from Notre Dame, what more do you want from accommodation in Paris?! Florence was very kind to meet us with the check out as we had a return flight in the evening. In short, highly recommended.

The apartment is small but well distributed. It has a supermarket right in front and a variety of shops and restaurants around. The area is quiet and connected to the subway, a few blocks away on foot. Fully equipped kitchen and in good quality. Recommended

Frédéric is a very kind, smiling, polite, courteous, flexible and understanding host. He told us the nearest shops to do our shopping. Housing is 100% consistent with the photos, it is very clean, tidy and above all well decorated. All the description mentioned is present in the accommodation. A little plus is the garden which is well maintained, flowering trees, ping pong table, barbecue, chair and garden table, with the heat we had we really enjoyed cooling off in this beautiful garden. I often travel for my work, Frédéric is by far the friendliest host I've had, the most beautiful accommodation I've known, I really recommend this host with this house (which is in a quiet neighborhood)

We stayed at Tara’s home during our one-week family - my wife and 2 daughters aged 13, 8- trip to Paris and Disneyland. We arrived late on the first night, around 10:30 PM, and Tara warmly welcomed us. Since shops were closed, she kindly brought us some food from her kitchen — a very thoughtful gesture. Tara and her husband were always kind and helpful, which made us feel completely at home. The house is in Bry-sur-Marne, just 150 meters from the RER A station. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and the area is quiet, green, and very safe. The location is perfect — only 20–25 minutes by train to both Paris and Disneyland. The house is in a new building with a classic French style. It’s a duplex, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need, including games for kids. Everything was clean, new, and well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Tara’s home. Thanks so much for warm hospitality! 🙏

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

The apartment was as advertised. It had amazing views of the city and Eifel Tower. It was very comfortable and it had all the modern amenities. We would stay here again and we would highly recommend it to our friends and family. Grégory was very helpful and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. The Metro stop was only a 6 minute walk. We loved our stay and we hope to return in the future.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Delighted with the location and the quiet for a family of 5, arrived by public transport. Bright and very spacious apartment, very nice dining table that was used too little during our stay... Smiling, pleasant and available hosts, easy communication showing great flexibility. Accommodation located 5 min walk from Pierre and Marie Curie station, line 7. Very easy access to the center, in 20-30 minutes.

Everything was perfect. Loved the location -in a Parisian neighborhood but close to all the attractions( plus 3 buses right outside of the building and a rer station 10 min walk). Florence was an excellent communicator. Every question was answered immediately. The apartment was spacious, bright, with a great balcony for drinks or dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom was comfortable. The huge TV was enjoyable. We will return to Florence on our next visit to Paris.
