Very nice apartment, 3 rooms, completely renovated, Design, Place de la Bascule. Located on the banks of the Loire, in a quiet area and a 7-minute walk to the old town. Quiet residence with secure access. Ground floor apartment, accommodating up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms, an open equipped kitchen (with glass walls) on the SAM. Separate living room with a sofa and an armchair. Very spacious shower room (walk-in). Private parking available for you.

"La Scellerie", charm in the heart of Tours

Beautiful apartment, all comforts with the charm of the old. You will feel right at home. Equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi. Separate bedroom with double bed 140 X 190. Renovated bathroom. Unclosed mezzanine bedroom area with 2 single beds 80 X 200 for extra bedding under the eaves (an adult cannot stand up properly). Staggered staircase (children with adult supervision). NO CLEANING FEE. Please strip the beds when leaving and leave the apartment clean and tidy.
