House holiday rentals in Val Brembana

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️. Nice place to stay - amazing views, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, save parking. If you come to this area for hiking, it's a perfect starting point. The apartment is a bit dark because of small windows, but you can chill on the beautiful terrace.

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

We had the best time at the lake house! Everything was great and we loved swimming in the lake right after waking up or just whenever we felt like it! Maria is super nice and quickly responded to our messages.

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a dreamlike environment.

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)

top notch apartment very very clean perfect equipment and quality kitchen tv lounge and bedroom with very good bedding the bathroom is also very clean and equipped regarding the very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains great location for hikes not to mention the proximity to the lake of iseo and the lake of endine smaller but more wild as well as the towns of Brescia and shepherd a little further but not too far really at the top, I recommend it. thank you to our hosts for hosting

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

Naomi's cottage in the forest is a dream! Equipped with everything you need, even to cook yourself, and beautifully located. Naomi was super sweet and even provided us with a small welcome gift! All in all, a wonderful place to Relax, explore Lugano and its surroundings or the surrounding mountains! I'm sure we'll be back!

We had the most amazing time! Patrizia made us feel so welcome and was at hand to help us with any questions we had. The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and has an incredible view. Would go back in a heartbeat!
