It is located 10 minutes from Vail and 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and you are just minutes from Avon, which has all needed amenities. A bus stop is two blocks away or the ski areas are an easy drive. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room (with a comfortable pull-out couch) and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
