Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

Korteris on voodi (160x200) ja lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (140x200).Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav või Viljandi järve parkla. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
